CPFW Newsletter

Hmmm...well you mean like a story? That sounds kind of good, for it to happen in between The Great Puffle Adventure and Crab War 1. You may make this, having the story take place in Fall 2012. Also I think other characters from The Pie Family should join, so you may use Metal Knight and Bonny1 if you want. Just be sure to read their articles. And I may edit the parts with my characters, in case of any OOC.

"Counter"

What i mean by counter is that you are responsible for countering TS if he goes bezerk and abuses his powers. In the same respect, TS is a counter to you as well as I. It is not because you arent trusted- it is the opposite. We trust you very much, but we can never be sure if someone storms your account when you least expect it.

I elected several people because each user is from a distinct region and log on at different times. We must ALWAYS BE READY for any mass Vandal streak that sometimes occur.

As for PenblooeR and HF, ignore them. First off, they are demoted. Secondly, they're butthurt that TS was promoted.

They are calling me "corrupt" because i tend to be conservative. If i was truely corrupt, i wouldnt have promoted ANYONE.

Country Characterizations?

I was just wondering, do the countries in Hetaguria possess the same character personalities and have trademark quotes and things that they are known to have and show in Hetalia? For example, does Ruscoe say "kol" and "da", and does Antarctica call himself the hero and can't read the atmosphere? I just need to know for the story. I have the plot and everything, I just need to make sure that the characters would be portrayed correctly. XD

Billy Mays

Billy Mays lives in Antarctica, so that is an exception. Personally, I am not sure why we have humans in the first place.

I was much like Rouge when i first joined since I wanted my characters visiting Europe and such too, but according to TS and Explorer, it is not accepted since contact with Humans is banned, except for those humans that have crossed into Antarctica. It is a strange topic, and it's one of the "unsaid rules" that I suppose is an actual "Unsaid rule" that no one really bothers to break, simply because it isn't really related to Club Penguin. This rule is why I created the Ninja Archipelago and Snowzerland, essentially.

Perhaps I should talk to TS about this so we can have this written down; maybe we'll put it in the OOC laws. TS also says that penguins can't go to Europe because they would die from the warmer climate, especially in the Summertime, even in Russia.

Ok, if you want to know the future, I suggest you read One Last Hope and The Spitfire- two good stories that involve the Hochstadt remnant and the Flywish descendants. I would recommend reading The Last Stand first since it sets the scene and explains some things.

Forgive me if I'm not posting on your talk page right, I'm new here. I need to know what we're allowed to do on here. On other fanon wikis like the Spongebob one you can just start a whole different series and write whatever you want in it. The rules here are a little confusing like we're all writing the same story, like we have to agree about Cadence's natural hair color. Also, what about creating new types of puffles? Could we do that too? Anyone can answer this for me.
