What we can do.

Overall I think Zenthexia should remain a formidable opponent of the Fanon Universe, so I might just make it larger than it currently is Area-wise, instead of just being Turtly.

Given that it is a somewhat large empire already, I think I'll have Raleigh be ta member of a Royal Family and overthrow the current government, instead of just making off with a bunch of cash and forming an army. Turtly would be conquered and be a part of the Imperial Empire, rather than the bulk of the nation. So Turtly would be freed in 2014, while IE's empire still exists. I think this would be a good way to expand the articles and make it so that there is no conflict between LoT and Zenthexian-Terrian War.

Let me know if this sounds good.

Making other Fanon Wikis on Wikia

Actually that was TS's original plan. He didn't want the old Wikia Fanon deleted, mainly since it would be impossible to do so, so instead he thought it would be best to clutter Wikia with Club Penguin Fanon Wikis.

Think about it. If there were so many CP fanon wikis on Wikia, people wouldn't know which one to join. therefore activity would be scattered. It would make the old Wikia fanon not very special anymore. We would stand out for being the only independent (and decent) CP Fanon Wiki on the internet.

I made a "Swiss Ninja Wiki" before and it never got deleted by the mods. I don't remember if I closed it down or not. If so, then it was on my accord, not on Wikia Staff's. We would just need several "contributers" to contribute to these Fanon wikis.

RE: Templates

Well the previous designs didn't have the 'br' tag. Once we stumble upon more and more pages we'll see how they look and whether it's worth adding (DJ Crow; The UQA template just about touches the top of the Infobox).

All the new code and removals seem fine to me, again we'll notice if something's up and I'll fix it up.

Yeah I think a light shade of orange like how you did with the Stub and Delete templates would be good.

Deletions

1. I looked at the history to see when the article was marked for deletion. If it was more than 3 months then they were deleted. Most of them also haven't been edited in years, and the author quit, so they aren't realistically getting expanded. 2. Most of the articles that were deleted because of Author request were zero content articles. Brant's Acadia/Chinstrap ones were a good example of them. I've since removed Pen's deletion template however on his Character User article. 3. I'll get to deleting unused talk pages and removing redlinks as well.

Re: Acadia

Acadia will stay; it's been here for too long and is now too interconnected with continuity to just erase it (this wouldn't be happening if you listened to me in February *wink wink*). ;) But I agree that Acadia shouldn't have too strong a military nor an empire at all just because it's a city state; it doesn't have the resources, political or industrial capacity to become an empire.

UHQA

I'm guessing because the articles weren't large enough. Austin was 20k Bytes, which while a lot, isn't as large as the other articles. A good deal of Polaris City Council's bytes come from the big tables, which shouldn't really count.

I guess this is pretty subjective though. I suppose we could have a vote whether articles should be "promoted" to UQAs for the future. Connection to other articles would have to be taken into consideration.

We should make a compromise over Acadia

Here is my idea.

- Acadia become a sovereign nation.

- It can have a maximum of 10,000,000 penguins, but it may not have that much at this /moment/, rather, the population can overtime grow to there.

- It can NOT be a monarchy. It may only be a Republic.

- plz make it must stay in Western Union

- Guaranteed by United Provinces not to have a powerful army and not to get involved in too many wars; especially as the aggressor.

I hope this compromise is good enough that you will accept it and that Brant would be okay with it too. I think Brant's work on Acadia / Chinstrap should be awarded, even though I despise his constant whining as much as you do. --Penstubal ^{(Talk) (Edits)} 15:25, 18 September 2015 (UTC)

I would like to suggest some compromise as well:

• Acadia's maximum TAR should be around 65-68.

• Acadia should only have a maximum of 60,000 active troops and around 35,000 reservists. Acadia should only be able to conscript its citizens during wars. Because of that, I would think that a year or two of national service is reasonable.

• The governments of the Acadian colonies should be elected by the colonies' inhabitants. The governments there should also be able to manage the colony's finance and stuff.

I don't think that requesting for him to give his colonies more autonomy and limiting his military is akin to breaching his sovereignty. All the time, his military has been limited to 50,000, so a maximum of 60,000 is an upgrade for him. Allowing him to upgrade to a TAR level of 65 from 50 overtime is also a perk for him. If you take out the really long table on the Polaris City Council and the other table [which are both very repetitive] there's not enough lengthy content to be a UQA. Compare it to the likes of USA and UnitedTerra to see what I mean. There's just soo much detail and paragraphs in them. The Austin article is a really high HQA. Possibly another factor that made me decide Austin is a HQA is the amount of lists it has.

  • I think it should go under the 'Create a Page' box and then we get rid of the Sponsers box to free up the space.

• How would it be updated?
  • Second option. The most effective way would be for a user to be given the sole responsibility to gather current Wiki events, instead of users having to add events they want on a Talk page. That user would have to consider events across all Wiki content / topics but still allow users to give suggestions. Also, they shouldn't be biased, e.g. Have the majority of events in the New Box from their own articles.

• I agree with the trial run; I doubt with Penstubal as manager it will go inactive but if there's a lack of interesting events then potentially.

• The Box should be updated throughout the entire month, but there should be a major update day (near the beginning of every month) for a big list of brand new events; then stuff that's been left out or stuff from new articles can be added.

That's it I think; I hope for the best for the News Box. It has the potential to be engaging and I know I'll read it and contribute events that I would like on it.

Alrighty. Yeah, I agree. I banned him because he was a nuisance and never could accept it when he got kicked or banned and decided to spend an hour debating it instead, and then he refused to follow the "only one tab" policy just because he thought it was specifically created as an excuse to get him kicked. Stubal unbans him because he supposedly forgot why he was banned in the first place, and he's the same nuisance he was before. It didn't even take him that long to go back to having two tabs open at once.

As far as Stubal abusing power, I also noticed that he always turns +c off when I try to activate it. If it was actually used I'd be fine with it, (like for the Uno games on Hat Pop's bot) but it's only ever used for Miron's mindless spamming.

I'll pass it on - Miron's on thin ice, but knowing him, he'll fall through pretty soon. I'll try to reason with Stubal and hopefully it doesn't come down to having to demote him.

Also, I installed Ultimate Mod and it is amazing. I started in 1604 as Russia, I am in like 1629 now. I waged war on the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (allied with The Swedish Empire and The Kingdom of England) and acquired Latvia and parts of Ukraine. The war took me 9 YEARS to finish; at beginning I was ok at the war then it got amazing as I ramped all way to Warsaw, then they reorganized themselves by 1608, liberated their country, and conquered all way to Moscow by 1611. I kept mobilizing and remobilizing and managed to resist them, and occupy back into Poland-Lithuania, and after my counteroffensive they soon surrendered Latvia and a few other possessions. Those pesky poles later fought a war to reclaim parts of Belarus and Latvia I took, and they had the Ottomans as their allies; who unfortunately destroyed my ENTIRE army in the Caucasus, occupying all way to the Volga River and to Tula. I surrendered of course and I was forced to concede back those parts I took in 1625, but I plan on waging another war on Sweden and the Commonwealth and I hope that by 1700 Finland, Latvia, Upper Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, The Crimea Khanate and Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia will all be mine, and that by 1792 I will completely annex all Poland and Lithuania, possibly partition them with Brandenburg/Prussia and the Austrian Empire? --Penstubal ^{(Talk) (Edits)} 13:03, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

My economy is doing quite well. My military is quite small after my war with the Poles, Lithuanians and the Turks. I am allied with the Kingdom of Denmark, who by the way, is a powerful nation at the time controlling from Kiel to northern Scandinavia. If one of them makes the other the puppet, the aggressor can form the Kingdom of Scandinavia. My militancy is surprisingly, low around 0.3 at the moment with a low amount of daily militancy additions. No rebel groups have been formed yet. Germany is divided into 9000 duchies, with 1 duchy controlling 1 province; you can imagine how many duches there are in Germany at the moment. The German "powers" in the Holy Roman Empire as it was called are Brandenburg, Bavaria and Austria. I still have to research techs dating as far as the early 16th century. VicII Prussia

I started playing a new game as Prussia on my HPM mod. I am in 1850 now and I formed the North German Federation.

I fought a big war to sphere Saxony and Holstein, against Austria and Britain, respectively. I beat both in the end, and managed to gain the territories I wanted. In 1850 I formed the North German Federation and Austria responded by forming Ausria-Hungary.

Anyways, later on for my game I plan on invading France for Alsace and Lorraine of course, then I plan on annexing all of Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; basically forming a lebensraum (living space) for the German people. Then I would invade Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and subsequently deal with the French later on, which I would Germanize. As for Africa, I am interested into its eastern and western parts and will do the best I can to colonize at least half of the continent.

Canon articles, LQA?

Intriguing opinion on Canon article quality ratings. I see slightly where you're coming from, but surely it shouldn't matter whether there's Canon information at all for musical articles that don't really have anything Canon to say about them besides "They performed at the Music Jam 2010", etc. Plus it contradicts Cadence's article which is far from an LQA despite its 'lack of Canon'.

Jan Crisis

So like I said, the January Crisis is only about to get tense as I am not finished. The things that happened /so far/ are confirmed to happen, but further developments are not. I plan on getting entire Antarctica involved in one way or another: diplomatic support to the anti-EP forces and support to pro-EP forces. Also note the UP isn't alone in this crisis. The other members of this "coalition" are participating as well (Shops, USA and Margate). But what's confirmed is that East Pengolia will retain its government, institutions, ideology and territory exactly like pre-crisis and there won't be no war and neither side will be forced to pay any really big reparations.

I was literally thinking about improving the USA article just earlier on this week (Great minds think alike).

I would gladly do the Culture section, however the USA article isn't the only article that needs fixing. Its states and cities also need to be propelled back into spotlight. I wouldn't mind helping doing that as well. Making the states and cities relevant again will subsequently make the USA relevant again.

In addition to making it relevant again, I could use UnitedTerra-related articles and make them team up, create USA-related affairs that are to happen or are happening in 2016.

So my jobs would be the main USA Culture and then improving specific states and cities in general.

If you approve, I could re-summarise this on User blog talk:Cp kid/USIP, the talk page. And of course I wouldn't be able to do that alone so whoever wants to help me could help. Reply back on your thoughts, :)

RE: Good question

This is not a bad question because it isn't as easy as you think. I was trying to do the same a while ago, which resulted into me creating the {{Multiple image}} template that aimed to successfully do this. It is basically a variation of a gallery so I'm not sure if it will help you that much. An example of it is below. It usually comes with a Header field and caption fields but those are optional so you get either a vertical or horizontal row of pictures. I haven't filled in those fields below so you can see exactly how it would look like (using flags as an example).

If that doesn't help, there is also a Wikipedia template called {{Image array}} and if you skip to the "Example 1: images only" section, I'd imagine that would be the closest thing to what you are looking for. If you'd prefer that over {{Multiple image}} I could import that. S'up to you.

Everyone can agree with me on the amount of times this has been explained, Mectrixctic and Penstubal being the most memorable observers. I couldn't care less about Young Wade any more, however I thought my solution was quite a fair one. I could have deleted the article but I am allowing it to exist and he can edit it all he likes. It seems like the perfect compromise to me.

I gave no explanations in an attempt to not cause a stir on the Recent Changes. My point never gets across to him anyway. I'm sure he is young and doesn't understand but he is also persistent. This chronology of music has been determined for years (literally), there's not supposed to be an album released before this one, or maybe even after until further notice.

I let it slide with Penguin Band (Q, if you remember), considering it was Canon, by making it a mini-album. However, letting him go forward with this will not teach him how to operate around here.

Just because you are requesting me to, I will explain it on his talk page once, and only once. After that I think my actions will be just should these complications arise again. Again, I would like to defend my actions and that I will let the article exist on its own with no genuine link to Crow.

I did fix the "Leaders" one though, that depends on the individual article's field input, but I would have to experiment with it again because I've forgot.
