You wanna do an X-Virus collab together? By that, I mean we both just draw stuff for the X-Virus / Nightmare related articles.

I am a political man, yes, and I would be honored to help you. Alas, the problem with that story- as great as it is -is that there isn't a single creature in the United States of Antarctica that wields tremendous power.

• The President is mostly ceremonial, except for his tie-breaking vote in the SPC, and his ability to create buraucracies as needed and ordered by the SPC and the courts. These carry out the laws. The President is permitted to, at any time, pre-empt television programming for speeches. He can't fire anyone without a reason, such as corruption (which is why Jong Arnold can be kicked if caught).

• The Chief Justice can call court cases to him and decide on them himself, overriding any other decisions, he votes on the SPC, and can grant pardons. He is technically the USA's head of state. He also convenes and dismisses the SPC at his will, and presides over the legislature.

Remember that the USA was formed in 2000, so there has only been one President, and he was appointed, because the caretaker government had to get itself started. No President has yet to be elected. (Presidents serve for life unless they are impeached, quit, or die. When a President dies, elections begin.) Chief Justices are dynastic: Judge Xavier will choose his successor.

The real power is in the courts of Antarctica, but even there, power isn't consolidated in a single creature. After all, there are three Supreme Courts in the country (the so called "Big Three"), each with their own number of judges, and two of them have to side in a similar/concurring manner for a case to be permanently resolved (unless the Chief Justice calls to hear it). No one judge is a life-or-death/all-or-nothing vote. Most judges are elected.

cool :) and BTW tikal is in a light orb (per sonic adventure reference :P) and one other thing, tails and speed all share the same upgraes, but they get different special abilities added to them, and some can be unlocked fr eachother, like if tails has a raccoon tail but hasn't gained the tanooki suit, speed's powers can be transered to him, making his powers to become a tanookie possible (mainly all tat happenes is the tail and ears, no suit entirely, as it;d be easier with just the tail and yes we are able to statue ourselves :P) and anyways another thing for sure.... tails + raccon tail + Bass buster = epic power :P heheh

add any that I missed or universes exclusive for the game, and it;s k, I can;t wait, and also...tails has certain themes for fighting the street fighter characters, mainly ryu,ken,gouken,and akuma...them 4 share the ryu theme of SSFIV for the battle... :P and whats awesome...tail's moves are fully customizable :P there is noirmal,fire,ice,and multiverse tails :P normal is basically styles of ryu,ken,and akuma, fire is mainly powered up fire add-ons to ken's moves, ice, basically adds a new element to the attacks, and with ken varients it makes it water :P, and ultimate...basically makes it every single element known (thunder,earth,air,fire,water,ice etc.) on certain moves..but his ultras can be chosen from a big list :P

$20 is definitely worth Red Steel 2, although the game requires Wii Motion Plus it works really well. There's nothing more satisfying than knocking someone into the air with your katana, then filling them with bullets on the way down.

Noticed on Tails6000's talk page; bro if you can't get Megaman from virtual console might be worth having a look into some emulators and downloading a ROM of the game you wanna play to your computer, so you can actually end up playing Megaman on your comp. cool, BTW I am making a game based off the megaman arcade games I watched so much vids about... it;s a tail parody based too... also at a game store I was at THEY HAD SIMPSONS ARCADE!

Aye-Que makes robots with element or silly like attacks (like scissors,rocks,fire,wind,gyro's,soundewaves,etc.) and tails decides to do this, but he isn;t alone (as fists decides to tag along) and for some odd reason, speeddasher joins... in the sequel a 4th will be with our trio...but for now, just them for the first game...also, the boss before the aye-que boss for 2 of the modes is cyber tails for the first 1, the 3rd 1 is Metal Tails6000 (actual, not half-organic half-cybernetic)

Cyber-Tails swiftly owning the Jock Bros. on the attack of Aye-Que's base

the story here, The Jock Bros were spying on Aye-Que and they saw another "righteous gem of power" and they planned to steal it, but cyber tails was guasrding.. and did they dare mess with him, they did, and what they got... SWIFTLY PWNed! seriusly imagine this and then a few minutes l;ater our heroes (tails,speed,explorer,and fred) attacking the base to get the gem once again, and then the PWN mafia, and they all ahve a BIG HUGE FIGHT OVER IT! :D and then after that our BALASIX PARODY COMES IN! (again out of nowhere) but seeing as it already started he decides to attack everybody.

All right, all right. Allow me to explain myself.

My objections to the death:

• That wasn't some penguin or puffle. That was a turtle, and LORD KNOWS how I hate seeing turtles get killed. I have an inherent and unprecedented bias towards preventing the killing of turtles, and I cut that out because I do NOT like mentally picturing a TURTLE getting fired to a pile of ashes.
• The death had no furtherence to the plot. I live and write by the Hays Code; I always have, I always will. I based every doctrine I've ever written on it and on the Ten Commandments— subtracting Commandments I, II and IV because they pertain to RL only and it's not my place.
  • The storybook code I adhere by states that controversial topics and violence are to be avoided unless they pertain directly to the advancement and furtherence to the plot. Let me try and set aside the fact that you fried a turtle and imagine you just fried some penguin. I'd still spit on the idea because killing him had no purpsoe other than for being there.
  • Now, I do NOT think that your intention was to do this, but here's what I see when people complain about my censorship. Since you were honorable in explaining what you did and why, I'm going to be civil as well.
    • So here goes: My portrayel of the situation at hand seems to be that you, like Austin and XTUX, harbor a deep hatred of my censorship and want to further shake yourself free from the antiquated shackles I've clasped around your feet. Unlike Austin and XTUX, you exhibit a bit more class and don't directly call me out in anger.
      • Instead, you subliminally write in aspects that you know will irk me. (You knew I'd censor the "polishing blood" part, and you even dared me to do it with a direct smart-aleck jab at censors in general. Even if you intended to ridicule Four Kids, you were probably aware that it'd hit me, too.)
    • Now, here's the rub about the turtle, and it's two-fold.
      • ONE: you fried a turtle. Are you trying to get me into this? A TURTLE. YOU. FRIED. A. TURTLE. Is this some ploy to "Stick It to the Man"? It seems like it. An unwarrented and needless killing is bad enough. An unwarrented killing of, of all things, a turtle, is like challenging me to a bar fight. You're asking to get the censor in here.
      • TWO: the needless excerpt is just in there because it's in there. I mean, to me, it has no purpose other than to "Stick It to the Man".
        • "HA HA. I AM CYBER-TAILS. I WILL KILL THIS TURTLE FOR THE LULZ. ZAP. HA HA. I AM SO EVIL."
        • That's what I see. You just killed the turtle for the Lulz. Just because you can. We all know what I think about Lulz, and we all know what I think about "Sticking it to the Man". I hate the latter more than the former. In the real world, the Man (namely, your parents) keeps you down because it's for your own good. If you are a child- or if you are an adult with autism -you don't know what's best for you nor is your opinion worth as much as an adult. At least, that's how I was raised: the Man knows what you need, and you don't, so shut up, suck it up, and conform.
          • (Of course, that's not to say I am the Man in the situation here. Most certainly, I am not. On this wiki, only you know what you want and you have an opinion that counts and matters. I'm not the wiki's parent, nor am I even worthy of being it. That last rant's purpose was to explain my opinion of the evils of youth empowerment and "Sticking it to the Man", so do not take it any other way!
      • If the purpose is to exhibit the fact that Cyber Tails is evil, just put more emphasis on the Energy Cage and the broken ribs! That's pretty cruel in and of itself, expecially considering that Tails is now a chick. If you put some more detail in there and reminded the audience that he's not only hurting Tails6000, but a little Tails6000, you'll garner the exact same sympathy without taking out anyone just because you can.

• Remember, just because the COC says it's legal doesn't mean you should. You have the "right" to perform sodomy in America, but you shouldn't do it all the same! Just because you have a "right" to free speech doesn't mean you should go to a public place and take the Lord's Name in vain. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
  • Here's an example. I am viciously morbid on criminals and support the death penalty. Nothing brightens my day like a serial rapist being executed. I'm just dark like that, I suppose. ...-but just becaise I like it, and just because the COC says it's clean enough, does NOT mean that I should write it. Just because the COC says I can write, in detail, a penguin getting strapped to a lethal injection table and being put to death in the painless manner itinvokes, doesn't mean I should.
  • I want to write a character receiving capital punishment, preferably some bloodthirsty scum like (IN-UNIVERSE) XTUX, or Cyber Tails, but I won't because it's not warrented. I always hate that XTUX escapes justice; I want him put to death, and I'd love to write it. Should I do it, though? NO! Not only is it illegal to do that without XTUX's permission, it's not needed. It's just... not needed.
• This is why I dispised AgentGenius. Just because he had the right to do what he did, and just because it was legal before the law, doesn't mean he should have done it. Rights are not meant to be abused or used in ways contrary to the intentions they were made to be used for.

There is NO furtherance of the plot in frying that turtle. All that does is "Stick It to the Man"- namely, ME -and is just a filler before a well-written battle.

Now, before we start getting angry, let me say one last thing. I'm not very mad at you or the story. Yes, I'm a bit frustrated, but I'm not mad, and I'm certainly not going to punish you for what you did.

Speeddasher, you are a amster writer and beautiful storyteller, and don't you forget it. Just as you said that you respect my edits, so too do I respect yours. Just as my censorship irks you every now and then, so too does the urge of Austin and XTUX to constantly "Stick It to the Man" and "BAAAAAAAWWWWW" every time I remove some of their violence they added in for the Lulz. We all have little quirks and annoyances that tick us off, but we all have a mutual, if not sometimes begrudging, respect for each other. Austin and XTUX are brilliant men and even more brilliant writers; I respect and appreciate their work on here, even if they do sometimes go out of their way to whine at me and annoy me.

I hope this doesn't invoke hard feelings or frustration. You asked for reasons and gave explanations, so I'm just trying to do the same. Please, for goodness' sake, don't get mad.

Thanks bro, yeah I know how you feel with censored pics; it's happened to me before as well. It's really crap when you put all this effort into a picture then some clown comes along and either removes something, wants to put lens flare or bevel in the pic so he/she can feel special, ugh.

Also the COC is defunct, as far as I know the only rules in state at the moment are the "Glorious People's Entitlements" but they're being ignored. It seems like this site is subtly going under a dictatorship and whatever TS says goes. Honestly I would edit this site but I just don't have fun in doing it; the only real reason why I continued to edit here was for the sake of other people. I don't see the point editing here now if I don't get any fun out of it.

It really doesn't matter though. I'm tired of arguing with people / getting into fights / arguing about rules or taking one little flaw and blowing it out of porportion. It's all a bunch of trivial crap that has absolutely no real effect on me whatsoever. BTW I have arcade edition of super street fighter 4! :D and this is the thing Oni is ACTUALLY Akuma in a inhumane state, and all he lives for is to fight! :D so basically, 2 ryus, 2 akumas :P (as in, ryu ad evil ryu, and akuma with oni) BTW we're still keeping M. I've noticed something

Speeddasher's name has appeared 24 times so far.

That's exactly the same as Shroomsky, who initiated the whole thing and is one of the titular characters in the beginning.

Not to be rude, but when you adopt something, I dunno. I've noticed a whole lot of Speed, Tails, and Metal Explorer, which are your guys. Also, you're just blatantly flying through the old stuff. That's not a good idea. Keep almost all the chapters, we just need to reformat them. And don't you think you're rushing into this a bit quickly? First, we should all collaborate, we should actually get a PLOT LINE (what killed GDPW in the first place). Once we have a complete plotline, we get to work writing, and then we can polish it off a bit and add pictures. thanks, and I dunno :/ I plan getting a game involving Guntz (or Gantz whatever you like better :/) I plan basing some of his attacks based on those in the game... and here's what he uses for weapons...also the kid will also rename himself Taiz or Maiz, to hide his past of being son of the fastest penguin alive... considering he doesn't have his speed, he uses a black hovorbike (like guntz's red bike :P) and like the original, IT HAS A GUN :D

anyways onto weapons

Guntz: Twin Fire

Taiz/Maiz: Double Bullet (basuically, 2 auto pistols)

Guntz: bazooka.

Taiz/Maiz: Snowzooka (obviously a bazooka)

Guntz: Missle Launcher

Taiz/Maiz: Triple ditto rocket (rockets of ditto shot in 3's)

Guntz: Flamethrower.

Taiz/Maiz: Hot Sauce flamer (basically... a flamethrower :/)

Guntz: Laser

Taiz/Maiz: Sun Beam (laser with sunpower :P atleast it ain't affected in any way due to the fact it has a flashlight beside the panel)

Guntz: Shinigami Fire (shinigami = Death-god)

"Boy I think tails is doing the best job he can" said Eclipse busy doing various household chores waiting for tails to come home.

there was a penguin outside in their backyard with various targets on a wall he got for 1000 coins from the "wall shop" someone he knows works at. he was practicing his marksmanship due to the fact there was shooting range targets there. he was an ace shot when it came to these

"Hmph. too easy" said the penguin outside, he blew the smoke from his weapon after practice and put it away.

The penguin was waiting for his father to come home due to the fact he is well understood by his father by preference.

"Incase anyone is asking, like the reader at the screen, my name is Taiz, and don't you forget it"

and we most certainly won't. Taiz was very bored after target practice.

"Man, I wonder if dad is finished with his work yet, I wanna tell him how well my shooting has improved" he thought to himself.

Taiz got up and practiced some more, and he saw a robot fiddler crab, like one of the currently deceased Aye-Que!

"Huh?" he said to himself seeing the crab, he took it out with a shot from his weapon and freed a puffle.

"My goodness it;s happening again!" Taiz exclaimed as he hurried inside.

"Honey I'm-" tails said before being cut off by Taiz

"Dad, there was a robot crab outside" said Taiz

"You mean?" tails asked thinking what he thought

"Yeah" Taiz replied with a nod

"Dang it.." said Tails in a disgruntled manner

hey speed, I got an idea :D I have some idea for the W.C. game :P Namco X Capcom based story mode XD it's unlocked after you unlock Taiz's story (which was a secret put in upon Tails's request :P)

in which the game is based on Namco X Capcom, with various characters from various gamne series (along with the penguins we know :P)

so here was an idea I had in mind. for example. lets say Tails,Ryu,and Ken are near 2 enemies at the moment XD

Hey Speed, I've been trying to get in contact with you for a while now so I'll keep this short and sweet as I have to go to bed soon. This is a repost of the original message I left on the Wikia Catastrophe talk page.

Your intentions are great and I do love your new introductions for each character, but yes I'll agree, you still need to work on your dramatic style. Your work isn't awful, though, it's just not the right style for this story. You're a born comedy writer, that's your avenue and you're well developed in that so don't forget it, but I recommend practicing drama when taking on a story like this. I'm the opposite, I'm a dramatic writer who needs to work on comedy.

Your penchant for own character writing has taken over somewhat (but don't worry I do it all the time xD). I really appreciate your taking action on this story and I love the new pictures you're drawing, especially Hobosilver (right). My advice? Work on the Power4U Affair. Expand it. It's your type of story. Your real challenge will be the final battle and Sprocket's death, and that's where I think you should practise your drama.

Keep on writing, brother :)

Ok, cool. I suppose that's how the stars appear white. And when I mean I want Hung's robe to be still green, I would like to replace the typical fire design with a more Rock/Earth tone in reference to the Earthbenders from Avatar:The Last Airbender. I also don't know if Ho or Fut should be one the first Snow Sensei, either that, or I'll make Chin Yang be the first one, but i'm not 100% sure yet. thanks again for Tsoi. I hate seth for the fact he has that vaccuum special that can counter my raging demons...

and I like akuma too, mostly for his 2 raging demon moves (oni and evil ryun have it in arcade edition, the super, not ultra version, and oni can do it in the air...)

Amigopen only has the pupil as his eyes, but they are completely white. The goggles are semi-transparent, wears an ordinary gray shirt (like the one in my signature) and holds a giant banhammer. I'm not mad at you for that blog post. In fact, I'm overjoyed to see an old user return. As you can see, we are preparing for the new generation. Ideally, we will receive the wiki messiah. Someone who will bring this wiki to it's golden age.

You can help out by finding partnerships with Club Penguin bloggers, YouTubers, and advertising on CP itself. I'll write more on the partner system over the weekend. We also need a new artist. You can become the chief artist if you'd like. It rightfully belongs to you.

I'd love to hear about your ideas to bring this wiki back to life.
