X-Creature question

It really did help.

X-Antibodies traditionally have some form of power. For example, Shroomsky X has a sonic scream, laser vision, and levitation, among other things. The most common power is shooting some sort of beam from their flippers/eyes/extremities, but in no way is it mandated. Pogopunk X lacks any super power, but he has a magical paintbrush and an obbsession with the color blue.

Anyways, PNGOUT is a tool to turn JPGs, BMPs, etc. into PNGs. Paint95 can't save PNG, so you'll need to save it as something else and then drag it on PNGOUT.

SUPER POWERED GOVERNANCE PRIEST!

I'm thinking of making a super-powered priest that hunts down Demon penguins.

Using your superb literature and Governance knowledge, and my speciality on super-heroes, I think we could really out-do ourselves.

The name could be Mega-Priest or The Bishop. He could be able to fly, and wield a special gun, shaped a cross. Then, the cross would fire lightbulbs and cel-phones, whichs kills them. Then, he wields a special vaccum which sucks up the ashes and places them into a Governance guarded tomb.

funny herbert's inside story joke

I added Tails as a secret playable during the inside of herbert's body such (if you get out of there you can also be him) he is rivals with him ( remembers him as they used to go to school together) Tails tries to prove his rival who was better once and for all, thats his reason. Benny Question?

Benny's job as Master of the Universe is simple. He is to approve all things that are okay in regards to site doctrine, and to reject all things against it. Things approved come to being, things rejected are subject to rewrite or deletion. At least, that is how Benny is supposed to do it.

Who exactly gives him the "things" to approve of disapprove? I thought it was Billybob, but Billy wouldn't write things "morally distasteful", would he?

RE: Keith

Actually, that wasn't too bad. I'll point out some errors (i.e., conflicts with what my mind thinks he looks like):

1. Keith wears pajamas, not business suits. He's more or less the same age as Explorer, so a business suit makes him look too old. All you'd have to do to edit that would be removing the tie and collar and adding cresents and stars all over the clothing, so not too hard...
2. Keith originally didn't have white hair, and he didn't have that much (although in the same hairstyle). I planned for brown (with a black beret), but I guess white makes him look fragile. =)
3. My mind says that Keith in fact IS YELLOW. Great minds think alike, or perhaps he seems too much like a yellow puffle. No worries there!

Further suggestions:

• DON'T ADD GLASSES. KEITH IS NOT NERDY, GLASSES MAKE HIM LOOK NERDY.
• Feel free to add a hospital badge... that fits him.
• Edit the suit and make it a pajama. It's not too hard, as I said.
• Add a beret. That's what my mind says he wears for headgear.
• Lessen the hair, and if possible make it brown. My mind is screaming at that amount of hair, like Benny will when he sees the picture.

Since my school is opening on a two-hour delay today, and since I normally wake up quite early on weekdays, I have time to answer your responses.

1. Point taken, but the appearance of a character is everything. I want to make a few points about Keith from his appearance.
2. 'Kay.
3. I still think it looks weird white.... is it okay if I edit it in the future to make it brown?
4. Yes, that may be true, but the suit makes him look WAY too old. He's about the same age, if not younger/older, as Explorer and Fred. I think the pajama suits him.
5. Wouldn't he probably end up obsessing over it, so that he never takes it off at all? I honestly think he needs a hat. I'm not TOO concerned about realistic details, I just think he needs a beret, like yellow puffles (which is why I let him be yellow in the first place).

Compromise?

Since we can't seem to agree on Keith's clothing, how about this?

Why not have Keith ask Mayor McFlapp to redraw his pajamas suit-style? Keith LOVES his pajamas because they're so soft, but he can't possibly walk in the BoF with pajamas on because he thinks Benny will get him (even though Benny's main focus is McFlapp and the other workers). His pajamas are redrawn with the same material as a suit, except with the appearance of a pajama, so that Keith can wear something that appeases Benny and still get away with wearing casual designs.

Re: Your Ideas and Death

Thank you for taking this to serious thought. In order to accommodate to more realistic standards, as well as eliminate some possible writers block, death of a character is most likely needed to bring a or broad view (as you said on my talk page). There are many ways someone can die without violence or description. But for now, I need some more brainstorming before I can charge ahead with this. Examples could be like someones brain fell out (silly, though), or someone falling. But I'm not sure.

I really apreciate that you rated those articles. I'm taking some advice you gave me to improve them.

One thing I want to talk about is Lenny & Jenny. Lenny isn't very egotistical since he was 'battered down' by his two older siblings. Later on, while still having a bad attitude, he was told by Jenny that he needed to be less hot-headed and shouty. He managed to eradicate some of these and became more popular. He is a little arrogant and believes that he is one of the best directors though...

As for Jenny, she doesn't need glasses since she isn't really a part of the family. Furthermore Benny and Kenny don't have glasses, and they probably would have if both parents did. As for the China part, it will be implemented into canon.

After HQA (An Idea) + Miss Montana

Well, although we have VHQA (Very High Quality Article), on the Club Penguin Battlerina, we had a rank that was over HQA - called Ultra Quality Article. Now this would be even rarer than VHQA. You can see the template here. Now I know we have VHQA, though this an idea that I want to transfer here from my dead wiki. So you can think about it, and then the template can be made for very special articles. Articles as big as USA and UTR - okay?

Now the next thing is that I'm developing Miss Montana into three things:

1. A penguin
2. A cleaner & much nicer character.
3. Completely new parody.

Her new stage name is Savannah City (yes, I don't care if it doesn't rhyme). Her real name is "Hope Ferry City", and Miss Montana's real name was Destiny Hope Cyrus. So she's a penguin now, much cleaner. With haters, but not that mean. And a completely new character. She won't be in the Str00del Force, or involved in anything human. I got an official transcript from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince... Professor Slughorn, Potions master in the book, says : "The word used for an object in which a person has concealed part of their soul."

Then a short summary on the concept :

Protip

NAE has DHCP, not a proxy - this results in the same whois info, but it's a different IP as the same person. All you have to do is use the renew function on a router/computer or reboot, and you get a new IP. That's Death! Vote

First off - about the Forum:That's Death Vote that is going on. The Vote: Die Laughing' has 5 votes (including me) to be removed, and 3 votes for not removal - that doesn't include your "Neutral" votes (you and Explorer) - you can't actually change your vote, just to let you know. And the vote is actually fair. So, it's For removed, 5 votes : Against removed, 3 votes : Neutral, 2 votes. We'll see what happens there. Also, the Horcrux parody will start soon on February 20 (day before my birthday, ssshhh!)

And on the Vote: Deletion Modification, all voted against - so there is a rule that says: If your modification, removing or addition does not pass, then make it into your own article-project! It did not pass, so I will be making it into my own project. Though it will not be a modification of "deletion", just another "type", but with a different name. They relate, however.

Vote: Snowbullets is going well, and has passed. However, Vote: Death Shadow will not pass (I think), so I will make that into my own article-project too. There can be no objections on that - and if one of your (possible forthcoming adds) do not pass - nobody can hesitate you from making them (unless they break strong rules). Also, The Leader's Vote: Tom Riddle Memory has definitely passed. Vote: Reincarnation did not pass whatsoever - and I think Vote: Galvanization passed too (though I do not know where it has been described).

That was just so you get a full summary on what is happening there.

Michigan Parody?
