Welcome to the Club Penguin Fanon Wiki! We hope you can make continuing contributions of articles and/or discussion and other improvements.

Do keep an eye on the "recent changes" page, where all edits and their authors (both anonymous and signed-in) are listed. Bookmark it, maybe. (And help delete spam and vandalism - unpleasant but a fact of life.)

Discussion of any aspect of the site, and inquiries, can be made at Talk:Main_Page or on the "discussion" page associated with each article. It helps if you sign and date your contributions there, so that readers know "who to talk to" and whether your message is probably still of current interest. If you write on a user's "talk" page, that user will get an alerting message on next visit.

Remember to sign every discussion or talk page with four tildes (~~~~).

RE: Creating pages

You don't need to be an admin to create a page, but you need to have been on the wiki for over 4 days OR have made 10 edits on the wiki. (The reason for that is to prevent spam bots)

Basically it is the main articles and bulk of the wiki. So not talk pages, user paged, blogs, templates, images, portal ect.

To be honest, I don't fully understand how autoconfirming works either :S It will most likely autoconfirm you in a few days, although I can see about a Staff member autoconfirming you now since we know you're not a spam bot (I think they can do that).

Also, I fixed the "Codename" parameter in the Character Infobox for you! Sorry for the confusion- apparently it wasn't there (even though it said it was in the documentation) so I checked when I saw your edit summaries. Low and behold, it wasn't there!

So yeah, if you have any more problems like that with infoboxes, ask an admin! They can help you with the coding to make it right, and even re-add a parameter to the infobox if it's missing for some reason! We would have never known it was missing if you hadn't said those edit summaries, so thanks for the help in bringing attention to the problem :P WannaTalk? 02:47, 13 February 2015 (UTC)

UPDATE: So, Staff told me that giving you import rights should make you autoconfirmed. So, I gave you import rights. While you probably won't need to ever import anything, you can keep the rights just in case. So, you'll have to test to see if it worked, and let me know if it didn't! A word of advice

Hi Zeno! Although I think you're doing a great job with your articles, I did have a tip for you (although you don't have to do it by any means). I would highly suggest that you expand your current articles to the best that they can be before you create new articles. Not only does it give you editing experience, but it also gives the wiki more AQAs or even HQAs depending on how good the articles are! And, if you do focus on your current articles now, remember you can always create your other pages in the future when you have nothing else that you could improve. Robert O'vian

You seem interested in Spongebob, and if you want to, you can still add stuff to the Robert O'vian article and associated ones. I still want to use them in stories, but don't really have time, so if you want to tell stories concerning them, feel free to, and I'll make sure they're not OOC.

Also, did you see the new Spongebob movie? I think it was really good. I'm planning on doing a Robert O'vian story based on it and maybe you can help.

Just because you're inactive doesn't mean you have to quit :( Also, according to our quitting and OOC policies, none of your articles will be deleted or renamed, they all go into Fair Game territory unless you will them to certain users (if you do so, then those users obtain OOC rights over the specified articles).

I would also like to say welcome back, even though we've never encountered each other (i believe). I'm Star kirby12, shortened to Star, one of the admins. I've been around for a while but I think I went inactive during your time here.

If you want pages deleted, I'll go through them right now but CK might qq because the rules apparently say "we're not allowed to delete articles because the author doesn't want them anymore", but eh.

Yeah, like Star mentioned and loves to ignore, the olicy really doesn't like us deleting articles, even if the creator wants them deleted. Especially articles that are good like yours (I mean, it'd be ok if the article was a stub or something like The Contract for Robert Smith becoming president of Snowiny). I was thinking about restoring them, but I suppose you really don't want them around so I'll just let it be. Idk what your personal reason is, but it's a shame because those articles were pretty cool :(

Also, don't mind star about the Jokemon. You can just move the page to Jokemon Go or whatever (or I could do it if you want), it's not a big deal. WannaTalk? 09:32, 27 July 2016 (UTC)

Quality Ratings

Er... here are the quality templates. As of now, we don't really have specified guidelines for the different qualities, but here's the general idea:

• Stub- Clearly incomplete pages, missing crucial information or lacking information altogether. I usually pair this with the LQA template but I guess it shouldn't be :p
• LQA- Missing crucial things or just lacking things in general, like an image, infobox, categories, etc, the standard parts of articles.
• AQA- "Standard" articles. They don't need a ton of information, but usually AQAs have an image or two, the infobox, decent opening paragraph, and other useful information like history/biography/background/whatever, involvement, trivia, as long as there's a basic amount of useful information. Oh yeah, good grammar is also key
• HQA- Articles that go above and beyond "standard". Usually they have numerous detailed sections of information about the topic, a few images (not always), involvement in the continuity (so linking to a lot of articles), etc. A few examples include Penquino, Dorkugal, Club Penguin. I suspect a lot of articles judged in the past (2009) may not be up to such high quality, so that's why some articles may be HQA but don't look that good.
• Ultra- er... even better than that, hard to explain. Check out Category:Superlative Articles to see literally all of the examples.

Since there's no set guide, it's pretty much up to the rater's own opinion. That's why we only like expert users to rate articles :P However about your request, sure! Just link your articles and I'll rate them asap. WannaTalk? 00:02, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

Final Solution deadline

Since you're an active user of the wiki, this is a complimentary message I'm giving to everyone. PE's signature

I know you asked PE about it but 1. I'm a scrub that likes to butt in and answer stuff and 2. I actually used that signature type some time before PE joined.

It's a switch thing that a certain PenBlooeR found four years ago. It's currently in use at Template:Main Page/TMYK, and the coding is:

To be specific about PE's sig, you can see when editing this how it uses the {{#switch and {{#time in there, that's what does it. I haven't meddled with it too much myself but if you wanted to know anything else about it beyond copy/pasting and adding your own stuff I'm sure you could look it up on the mediawiki wiki (or wherever it is). Aelios' death

Actually, when and how would Aelios die? I've put in the Great Ninja Schism that he dies at 2045 but I think it's more fair for you to decide that bit since you came up with his death by an ice blade. If you have any ideas, or if he doesn't die at that date, could you please tell me so I could correct it? That sounds great! I've always liked the ideas of specials and wanted to get involved, but I'm not really that good at involving myself in stuff like that. As for article quality, just slap the QualityReview template on pages if you want, and I'll try to remember to take a look at them sometime (or you could just point them out to me and I'll judge them appropriately). DevMel66 qualifies for HQA now, so congratulations on that. Zeno124, in my eyes, needs a lot more content and such to qualify for UQA status. For that, you have a long ways to go. I do recommend you focus the brunt of your efforts on the Zeno124 article to get it up to an UQA as fast as possible. Heya. Well, actually, I only rate my articles HQA when I have opinions from others, mostly admins or staff. I always like to check before I rate. Other than that, I just normally rate my articles as AQA. I found some guidelines about roughly how much articles are expected to have to achieve a certain rating (can't remember where) but, I don't think it's so much about the quantity, more about the quality.Wikipenguino was rated UQA by an admin.
