Vanessa Launt is the director and founder of the Snowinian Informative Service. She founded it to collect information from other nations around the globe to provide security to Snowiny. She was born April 15th, 1989 in Winsburg, Snowiny. She always loved spies. She read many spy books and her father was also a spy, another thing that inspired her to become a spy in the future. She learned a lot of stuff about spies and in 2004 she made a brand new spy agency for Snowiny since the old one was defunct after was in the late 20th century.

She was born in Winsburg on April 15th, 1989 to George Launt and Ciara Launt. She always was interested in becoming a spy when she grows up; in fact, her father was a spy.
