The Snowinian Theatre of the Great Snowzerland War VI took place from July to October 2013. It was a catastrophe for the Snowinians; Snowiny was brutally attacked by Zhouese and Snoss forces and the enemy forces and completely occupied Snowiny within less than 20 days. This war was a disaster for Snowiny, but sharp resistance from the Snowinians later helped bring allied victory against the Snoss and Zhouese forces and helped bring Snowiny one of the higher powers of Antarctica. It was also the first time Snowiny was occupied by a nation it was at war with.

The War[edit]
On August 1st around 7 AM, without declaration of war, the Snoss bombed the northeast city of Casper with help from Zhouese aircraft. 40% of its population died in barbaric bombings. Robert Smith would a few hours later call for an emergency joint parliamentary session. Around 4 PM, Smith declared "our country was brutally attacked by barbaric forces from the North". After a few minutes of talking, he proclaimed "Snowzerland is at war with Snowiny, it started a war and we shall fight back with everything we've got".
On August 2nd and 3rd Zhouese and Snoss aircraft conducted more bombings of Snowiny; only on August 4th however they would start sending troops to Snowiny. The first battle occurred near Casper. Casper surrendered within 5 hours, and most of its populatin fled southwest; the rest tried to hide in what reminds of Casper or the Zhouese and Snoss forces massacred the civilian populations.
On August 4th Robert Smith declared a national state of emergency; he ordered the mobilization of all forces in the country and requested we fight to the death. The Snoss sent a peace offer to Snowiny demanding they stop sending support to Shops Island in its Asiapelago War and that the Snowinians stop trading with all countries on the allied side of the GSWVI, and instead trade with Snowzerland and Zhou; Smith rejected this peace offer, stating that the Snoss want to estabilish a puppet regime in Snowiny. On August 5th Smith proclaimed "no matter the circumstances, Snowiny shall never surrender".
On August 6th, over 500,000 Snoss and Zhouese troops combined arrived in the east coast of Snowiny. They quickly started pushing towards Winsburg. A battle occurred on the east Thaming river with 240,000 Snowinn troops against 290,000 Snoss; the battle lasted 2 days and the Snowinns were forced to retreat west to Winsburg; on August 9th the Snoss and Zhouese arrived in Winsburg; the government of Snowiny evacuated southwest towards Penland. Winsburg fell on August 10th.
By August 11th the entire north of Snowiny was under control of the Black Octopus Alliance; the Zhouese started committing genocides against Snowinns in the northeast and east. The world was shocked by these revelations. On August 12th, Frankterre and Castilla finally started sending help to the Snowinns. The Snowinian government was forced to make a decision on August 12th that would cost thousands of lives; they decided on doing the tactic of burning all land behind them during the retreat, and prevent the enemy forces from gaining anything that they may use, such as food, drinks and so on. This tactic would be known as scorched earth.
By August 13th, the Snowinn troops were stationed as far as Penland; they immediately requested Frankterran, Castillan and Antarctican ships to come over to the coast of Penland to help evacuate the troops to safety. Most troops were evacuated to the Antarctic Peninsula and Margate. By August 18th, the time Robert Smith and his government arrived in Shiverpool, Snowiny was completely under control by enemy forces. On August 19th he declared a Government in Exile, with its headquarters in Shiverpool; that same day the National Resistance is founded under the leadership of General Forrest, who later became the Supreme Commander of all Snowinn troops in the GSWVI.
Between August 20th to September 10th, the war was pretty quiet. No major battles on the ground, air and the sea occurred. But on September 10th, the Snowinns decided they were ready to fight against the enemies once again as they heard they were starting to lose other theaters of the war. On September 11th, Snowiny started bombing south Penland in effort to kill as many enemy forces as possible; this was surprisingly a success. Snowinn troops landed in south Penland. The enemy troops were caught surprised; no battle occured and they were forced to retreat northeast. The Snowinns followed them and even ran to catch them; a battle occured not far from the border between Penland and main Snowiny on September 13th; the Snowinn troops won against the unprepared Snoss and Zhouese troops.
On September 14th 6 more landings occured all over south Snowiny; on the west coast of Penland there were 3 landings; one by Frankterran troops, one by Castillan and one by Snowinn. On the east coast there were also 3, 2 by Snowinns and 1 by Antarcticans. All 6 landings ended successfully; but the one that saw the biggest catastrophe was the Snowinn one on the west coast; which was completely surrounded and massacred but managed to be saved by nearby Frankterran troops.
Within a week, Snowiny managed to liberate itself. On September 22nd, Snowinn troops entered Winsburg; almost the entire population of Winsburg got out into the streets and cheered for the troops coming to liberate them. The last battle on the island happened on September 30th, at Dolphinas, where the Snowinns successfully beat the enemy forces. The next day, on October 1st, the Black Octopus alliance surrendered to the Allied forces of the GSWVI.
Aftermath[edit]
Snowiny was devastated by this war; 14% of its population died as well as 30% of its soldiers. The Snowinns fought heroically and brave; and after the war they started rising as a higher power of Antarctica; and by 2015 they would make a full recovery from the war and become a Great Power in Antarctica.
