Winterpol was an Antarctica-wide espionage agency that was formed before most agencies, such as the EPF or PSA. It was a special group that researches criminal and terrorist activity as well as having several different divisions. It was active until the near end of the Colonial War when Antarctica was lifted of Puffish Rule and the agency was officially disbanded for good.

History[edit]
(Feel free to expand) Winterpol was founded in the mid 1910's by the Good Guys and the leaders of other participating countries and nations in the part of Antarctica that remained free of Khanzem rule and was then a small agency, secretly trying to rid Antarctica of Khanzem rule. The representatives of the participating nations would hold meetings together and would together discuss strategies and make decisions with the Good Guys, which was the system for most of the time. Slowly, Winterpol contributed to the overthrowing of Khanzem, and mainly infiltrated bases and marked them as the territory of the Good Guys.
After Khanzem was overthrown, Winterpol became an agency seeking to bring peace to Antarctica. Around this time, Winterpol tracked down major criminal companies, organizations and crime with the help of Penguinpuffdude's and Wikipenguino45's great uncles. For many years, they put most of their efforts into tracking criminals before the conquering of Antarctica and the expanding territory of the Snowman Empire. After Antarctica split apart, the leaders who attended the South Pole Summit became the new leaders of the agency, and it was handed to them. Winterpol continued to rebel against STINC control of Antarctica until the start of Colonial Antarctica when Winterpol became part of Puffle'and's rule up until the Colonial Antarctica War when Winterpol was disbanded and it as well as it's secrets became known to all of Antarctica.
