Wittle Miss CP

A Wittle Miss CP, or WMCP, is a Mwa Mwa Penguin that has won a contest called "Wittle Miss CP", or has claimed to. It often "governs" a group of bay bees, and is targeted by Anti-Bay Bee operations because of its unstable leadership role. Other bay bees will run away screaming when their WMCP is overthrown. Wittle Miss CPs are usually imprisoned, captured, or terminated somehow, due to the fact that they are considered Mwa Mwa "Queens".

Election

Wittle Miss CPs are normally elected in a contest of beauty, though some just proclaim themselves a winner without a real contest. Wittle Miss CP contests are usually corrupt, and many are won by bribes. Wittle Miss CP contests can be found very easily. Walking into the Pet Shop on a popular T server bombards the poor penguin with several advertisements for the contests, in spoken and written format.

Governing

Wittle Miss CPs usually reign for a very short time, they barely ever get to rule other bay bees, because bay bees are not very intelligent. However, a handful of them manage to rule a large horde of bay bees, this is extremely dangerous, and any mwa mwa that begins to organize others should be put in captivity to prevent an insurrection. Due to the fact that mwa mwas are rather dumb, it is easy to emulate one and lead what little followers they have into a trap. This is a common method of removal.

Thankfully, since a Wittle Miss CP is a Mwa Mwa Penguin, they lack the mental capacity to actually govern reasonably. Content with spoiling themselves and using other Mwa Mwas as "servants" and what-not, very few WMCPs ever get anything done except scare the sane throngs that either ignore or want to stop them.

Notable Wittle Miss CPs

• Miss Mwa Mwa Awiel (Admiral) Pwengin: A Bay Bee penguin that ruled a whopping one thousand bay bees, she died of fat many years ago.
• Pookie Face: this penguin ruled one tenth of the Mwa Mwa Penguin population (O_O), she was forced to escape after rebel bay bees began to target her.

Letter to newly appointed WMCPs

"I am glad that you could make it through the contest, now keep away from those rebels or you will be put in Hot Snow or even Owcatraz!
