Zynothium is a radioactive element recently discovered by Margatian scientists while researching the uranium mines of the recently-annexed Soloraya Archipelago, found in the form of lumps of rocks about the size of a snowball. It's existence has been kept secret from almost everyone, save for the researchers, General SlenderXP, President Frederick Mueller and Defense Minister Huang Yong Heng.

The MAF, who knows that using Zynothium as a weapon doesn't break the UAN's ban on constructing nuclear weapons, started a large-scale project to develop Zynothium into weapons. On 5th August 2015, the MAF successfully created a missile warhead with 100 gram of Zynothium inside it. When it exploded, it had a blast yield of 21 kiloton TNT. Because of that, the Margatians started mass-producing Zynothium-based warheads and bombs. Currently, it has a (conservatively estimated) stockpile of 3,500 Zynothium weapons, although the Margatians said that the actual number is classified and even higher. The largest of these (5 in existence) has a blast yield of 5 megaton of TNT.
