Air South Pole is a regional airline based at South Pole City-Metropolitan International Airport, and offers service to 14 destinations across the USA.The airline was founded partly by the South Pole Aviation Association, which was to provide helicopter services from the major airports to heliports located in the Downtown Metro area. The airline was then sold to a private company, and now provides both helicopter and regional air service to many airports in Trans-Antarctica and Eastshield
