PSA Flight 219: Penguin City to Vonkouver[edit]

It was 7:01 AM at Penguin City. Flight 219, operated by an ARJ-700, is at the gate. The flight crew was Captain Mack Gray, First Officer Jarrod Ryers, flight attendant Krystal Gray, and Flight Attendant Miriam Firmin.

Mack: All right. We're gonna fly from here to Vonkouver and back. Is that correct?

Jarrod: That's what it says on the flight plan.

Mack: I'm gonna get a coffee.

Jarrod: Okay. I'll contact ATC.

At the galley, Krystal was getting the snack basket ready.

Krystal: Want a cookie?

Miriam: No thanks. Your dad is behind you.

Krystal: Umm... hey Dad.

Mack: Hey Krystal. I just needed to get myself a coffee.

Krystal: Make it quick. Boarding's in five minutes.

Five minutes later, the first class passengers started boarding.

Krystal: Hi, welcome aboard!

In the cockpit, the flight crew was reviewing the flight plan.

Mack: Man, I've done this flight a million times.

Jarrold: Me too.

Mack: We gotta do what we gotta do, though.

Penguin City Ground: Good morning, Penguin Shops 219.

Mack: Good mornin'. Everyone has boarded. We're ready for pushback.

Penguin City Ground: All right, Penguin Shops 219. Request for pushback granted.

Mack: Thanks.

Inside the cabin, the safety announcements were about to begin.

Miriam Hello ladies and gentleman! Welcome aboard Penguin Air. My name is Miriam. In the front of the cabin is Krystal. Please pay attention for an important safety announcement.

Krystal: Oh boy.

Miriam: To fasten your seatbelt, insert the two metal flaps together and pull on the strap.

Krystal: Same old, same old.

At the cockpit, Jarrold was getting ATC clearance.

Jarrold: Good morning. This is Penguin Shops 219. Requesting clearance to Vonkouver.

ATC: Penguin Shops 219, good morning. Clearance to Vonkouver granted. Taxi and hold to Runway 07.

Jarrold: I'll make a cabin announcement.

Mack: All right.

Jarrold: This is your first officer speaking. We are expected to be #1 for takeoff this morning. Flight attendants, remain seated.

Krystal and Miriam fastened their seatbelts.

Jarrold: Penguin City Departure, this is Penguin Shops 219. Requesting clearance to takeoff.

ATC: Cleared for takeoff, Penguin Shops 219. Climb and maintain 10,000 feet.

Jarrold: Penguin Shops 219, we are cleared for takeoff.

Mack pulled the throttle. The powerful Standard Electric engines started to roar.

Jarrold: V1.

V1 is the speed where a plane must takeoff. It's safer to just divert back to the airport.

Jarrold: Rotate.

Mack gently pulled the stick, lifting the ARJ-700 into the air.

Jarrold: Positive rate, gear up.

Mack pulled the landing gear lever and raised the wheels.

ATC: Penguin Shops 219, contact Penguin City center.

Jarrold: Penguin Shops 219, switching. Have a nice day.

Mack: Retracting flaps.

Jarrold: Penguin City center, this is Penguin Shops 219. We're at 6,100, climbing to 10,000.

Penguin City: Penguin Shops 219, turn left heading 055.

Jarrold: Turning left to 055, Penguin Shops 219.

Mack: All right. We're almost at 10,000.

Jarrold: Turn off the fasten seatbelt sign.

Mack: Okay.

In the cabin, the seatbelt sign was turned off.

Krystal: Ladies and gentleman, the captain has turned off the fasten seatbelt sign. However, we do advise you to keep the seatbelt on when seated. Due to the short duration of the flight, there will be no snack services.

However, the first class cabin was treated with unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Krystal: Would you like a beverage, sir?

Passenger: No, thanks. I do want some pretzels, though.

Krystal: All right, sir.

Krystal took a bag of mini pretzels from the snack basket.

Krystal: Here you go.

Passenger: Thanks.

Penguin Air flight 219 was now on it's own for 10 more minutes. Then, ATC would tell the flight to change radio frequencies.

Mack: I saw the movie WHAT?!? this weekend.

Jarrold: Are you serious?

Mack: Yup. Worst movie ever.

Jarrold: Why the heck did you watch WHAT?!? in the first place?

Mack: I just wanted to see it's awfulness.

Jarrold: Wow.

Mack: Well, there's the end of the Mario Mountains.

Jarrold: Countryside, here we come.

A flight from Penguin City to Vonkouver is quite stunning. Passengers enjoy beautiful views of the Mario Mountains, along with the farmlands.

Penguin City: Penguin Shops 219, contact Vonkouver Center.

Jarrold: Penguin Shops 219, switching.

Jarrold turned the radio knob to Vonkouver's frequency.

Jarrold: This is Penguin Shops 219, on our way to Vonkouver.

Vonkouver: Penguin Shops 219, roger. Please state you're altitude.

Jarrold: We are at one zero thousand, Penguin Shops 219.

Mack: I'm gonna make an announcement.

The fasten seatbelt sign was turned on. Krystaal and Miriam fastened their seatbelts.

Mack: This is your captain speaking. We are now approaching Vonkouver. Please fasten your seatbelt at this time.

Vonkouver: Penguin Shops 219, contact Vonkouver Approach.

Jarrold: Penguin Shops 219, switching.

ATC: Penguin Shops 219, please declare runway in sight.

Mack: We have the runway.

Jarrold: Penguin Shops 219, runway in sight.

Mack: Flaps down.

Flaps help reduce a plane's speed. However, this also creates drag.

Mack: Gear down.

The landing gear lowered down.

Mack: Set thrust to idle.

Mack pulled the throttle to idle for landing.

Mack: Landing checklist complete.

Pretty soon, the tiny PRJ-700 touched down.

ATC: Penguin Shops 219, contact ground.

Jarrold: Switching to ground, Penguin Shops 219.

Ground: Penguin Shops 219, gate 2 is available.

Jarrold: We'll take that.

The plane taxied to gate 2 of Vonkouver International Airport. Krystal and Miriam unloaded the plane.

Krystal: Thank's for flying with us!

PWA Flight 9570: Shops City to Bridgeport[edit]

At the beginning of the Fall of Nexon, Mack Gray was chosen to fly military charter flights from Shops City to Bridgeport. Like all non-Shop Jet flights, PWA 9570 operates out of the Beachball terminal.

Mack: Good evenin', Meriwether.

Meriwether: Evenin', Mack.

The flight is operating out of a Snowing 747, which is quite unusual in Shops City. Chill P. Beachball International Airport usually only handles domestic flights.

Mack: Go ahead and start the engines.

Meriwether: All right.

PWA does not serve Shops City and Ed Island under commercial flights. This flight was special.

Krystal: Come on, bring the food in!

Worker: All right.

Krystal Gray, along with Ki Jeong Song, are the business class flight attendants.

Krystal: Never worked in a jumbo for ages.

Ki: I know.

On this flight, 347 SIA members are flying. The SIA chartered fifteen flights with PWA. The rest of them are on their own Lanheed C-5 Galaxy aircraft.

Kryatsl: Hello, welcome aboard!

There were only three people in the business class section.

Mack: Let's start the checklist.

Meriwether: Yes, sir.

Mack: Parking brakes, set.

In the business class cabin, Krystal and Ki were giving military personnel some pre-departure drinks.

Krystal: Would you like anything to drink?

SIA Personnel: Just a coffee. Make it decaf.

Krystal: All right, sir!

Pretty soon, the rest of the soldiers boarded. All were in uniform.

Mack: Penguin City clearance, this is Penguin World 9570. Requesting clearance to Bridgeport.

ATC: Penguin World 9570, you are cleared to Bridgeport.

Just then, an airport employee handed Mack some papers.

Employee: All passengers are on board.

Mack: Great.

Suddenly, a faint boom was heard.

Mack: Do you know what was that?

Meriwether: I dunno. Let's contact ATC.

Mack: This is PWA 9570. We've heard some sort of boom. Any details?

ATC: PWA 9570, we have some other reports of this.

Shop Jet 419: Shop Jet 419, we've heard a bang.

ATC: Shop Jet 419, affirmative.

Finally, ATC has received some information.

ATC: Attention all flights, there has been an explosion at the Shops City Financial Center. Please divert to Bro Town.

Mack: PWA 9570, what about us?

ATC: All flights are cancelled. I repeat. All flights are cancelled.

Mack: That sucks.

Pilots only have a certain amount of hours they can fly. This prevents the likeliness of pilot error.

Meriwether: Who in the name of Benny would blow up the financial center?

Mack: I dunno. I'll contact the cabin.

Meriwetnher: All right.

Mack: Ladies and gentleman, there has been an explosion at the financial center. All flights are cancelled at this point. ATC will give us further instructions.

Krystal: Geez. I wondered what that bang was.

PSA Flight 2425: Penguin City to Honk Gong[edit]

It's 4:27 PM, the afternoon rush hour at Penguin City Airport. Many Penguin Air jets ferry people to their destinations at this time. The afternoon rush is also the only time a SkyJet plane comes to the airport.

Captain Mack Gray will be flying a Snowing 757 from Penguin City to Honk Gong. Jarrold won't be flying with him, due to the fact he isn't certified for the 757. Instead, Jin Wu will be the first officer.

Jin: It's nice to come back to Honk Gong. I needed to see my family.

Mack: That's nice to know. Hope you have a nice time.

Jin Wu is a Zhounese resident at Penguin City. He's certified to fly the 757 and 767.

Mack: Don't forget about our flight to South Pole City in a week.

Jin: Of course not!

Mack: Let's do the checklist.

Six flight attendants are in charge of this flight. Krystal is the first class flight attendant.

Krystal: Just bring all the food inside.

Krystal was preparing the foods.

Krystal: All right. We got the nuts heating up.

Penguin Air uses SJF (SkyJet Foods) and Flight Filet for catering. On this flight, they are using SJF.

Krystal: Everything's loaded.

The two pilots just finished the at-gate checklist. Krystal walked in the cockpit.

Mack: Hello, Krystal.

Krystal: What would you guys like to drink?

Mack: Just some cream soda.

Jin: Same here.

Krystal: All right!

Pretty soon, boarding has begun.

Krystal: Hello, welcome aboard!

This flight was a full one. 200 passengers were on the 757, with 16 in the first class cabin.

Mack: Let's do the checklist.

Jin: All right.

On this flight, Mack handled the radio while Jin handled the flying.

Airport Personnel: All right. Here's all the paperwork.

Mack: Thanks. Everyone on board?

Airport Personnel: Yup.

Jin: Get some ATC clearance.

Mack: Penguin Shops 2425, requesting clearance to Honk Gong.

ATC: Clearance granted, Penguin Shops 2425. Climb to 30,000 feet, visibility 20 miles.

Mack: Penguin Shops 2425, we are cleared.

It was about time to show the safety presentation.

Krystal: Ladies and gentleman, please pay attention to the seatback monitors.

Krystal inserted the cassette tape that holds the video.

Video: Welcome aboard this Penguin Air 757! We would like to show you these important safety reminders.

Mack: Penguin Shops 2425, requesting taxi clearance.

ATC: Penguin Shops 2425, taxi and hold to runway 11.

Mack: Penguin Shops 2425, going to 11.
