Alexei Pengin is a general of the Penguioan army who was born in Rusca but immigrated to the USA at the age of 3. He is the official leader of the navy as well as his role of general in the army, and is known for being one of the tallest penguins affiliated with the Penguioan Government. He is a good personal friend of Tom Saworton, and has helped Saworton with Penguio since it's founding, getting lordship soon after it's founding. Pengin is also an official member of the Penguioan Royalty, assigned by Tom Saworton welcoming his family to become a second royal family of Penguio for his amazing contribution to Penguio. Because of this, he is also the picked succesor to the throne, however as discovered by the Department of Time, he dies in The Spitfire at the same time as Saworton himself leaving Penguio in the hands of Liguira.

History

Alexei Pengin was born in 1980, on the 4th of November in Muscovgrad, the capital of Rusca. He lived in Muscovgrad for a couple of years, before immigrating to the United States of Antarctica to live in South Pole City at 3 years old. He lived there for many years, and grew up interested in military and politicial affairs. He then helped his close friend, Tom Saworton to develop the at the time newly founded Penguio, and set up a large military with the help of his ruscan links. He has since made the largest contribution to the development of Penguio in many penguin's opinions, therefore has been awarded his Penguioan Lordship, has been made an official member of the Penguioan Royal Family, has become the succesor to Penguio and he has even took over most of the affairs in Penguio. He currently lives in a massive house in Penguio's colony of Sleetden.
