Alexis Helga Marie Strugenhoff (pronounced STROO-GEN-HOFF) is a former Ninja that is currently training as a Jedi padawan on Shops Island. Sometime in the future, she will become Penquino's apprentice.
Biography[edit]
Early Life[edit]
Alexis was born to Haggard and Helga Strugenhoff in the viking city of Elterbrast, USA as part of the Strugenhoff Clan (her father was chief). In 2010, after Card-Jitsu Water was released, Alexis begged her parents to let her train in the Dojo on Club Penguin Island so she could become a ninja. However, her father was strictly against this decision because he wanted his daughter to grow up to be a brave viking warrior, not a "sneaky coward". Her heart was broken, and she decided that she would run away from home on December 26th, after celebrating one last Christmas with her family. She figured that eventually after completing her ninja and water ninja training that she would return home again, and be a help to her village due to her ability to control water. Unfortunately, she'd never get that chance.
Ninja Journey[edit]
After an almost 2 week trek, she finally arrived at the Dojo. After she told Sensei of her journey, he agreed to train her and gave her a beginner's deck of Card-Jitsu cards. Throughout her training, she became one of Sensei's favorite students, and with his help she earned the title of Ninja in mid-2012, at which point she began her Water Ninja training.
In May 2013, shortly after The Senseis agreed to wage war on Tusk and his snowman army, Alexis had to take a few days to think. These weren't the Senseis she knew, the Senseis that cared for peace. No, these were war mongering senseis who didn't care about the destruction they were causing, corrupting the minds of ninjas to use violence. As such, she decided to play a few last games of Card Jitsu, and give up her ninja mask for good.
As there was noone else to train with in the Dojo, she asked Penquino, who was on vacation on CP and decided to visit his old mentor Sensei from his days on the island, to battle her. He did, and after a tactic-filled Card-Jitsu battle, Penquino eventually won due to a combination of his mass amount of Card Jitsu cards as well as his unintentional viewing of her thoughts, being able to see which card she was going to play.
A few minutes later after the Dojo was left empty, Alexis approached Sensei and told him her thoughts: how she appreciated his training and friendship, but she had to leave the dojo as she couldn't be a part of the ninja lifestyle anymore at the rate it was going. As such, she tried to give him her ninja mask back, but he told her to keep it, telling her she had earned it. After one last goodbye, she ran out of the dojo crying.
Path of the Jedi?[edit]
As she ran down the stairs of the dojo , Penquino (who was standing outside viewing the beauty of the mountains) couldn't help but stop her and ask her what's wrong. He sensed the force and potential deep inside her, so when she said that she had resigned as a ninja he offered to take her to the Pizza Parlo to talk and make her feel better. Through lunch at the parlor, the two former ninjas found out many things about each other, such as the fact that Alexis had run away from home, and that Penquino lived in Southern Shops. After Alexis told Penquino that she couldn't return home anytime soon, knowing that her parents would scold her and the fact that they were right about the ninjas, he knew he had to ask if she'd like to move to Shops Island with him, and she accepted.
A few months later on Shops Island, Penquino eventually introduced Alexis to the secret Jedi Order, and she accepted his offer to become a Jedi padawan. She is still a padawan at the temple now.
Future[edit]
Sometime before 2018, Alexis becomes Penquino's apprentice, and it is presumed that sometime before the Shops Civil War she is knighted and is no longer under Penquino's direct supervision as a jedi.
Appearance[edit]
Being a common penguin of Germanic Viking descent, Alexis has pale blonde hair which she often keeps tied. She is somewhat short, although she is still a child so that might have something to do with it.
