Antarctic Incorporated (commonly just Antarctic Inc. or AI) is a conglomerate that is owned and operated by Dan Beronews and his little brother Bow Tie Tom. It is the source of all their money. Antarctic Inc. provides many services, like manufacturing, retail to oil extraction. It is one of the largest group of companies in all of Antarctica.

The company is known as the "Billion Coin Company". It is owned by the Beronews Family and it is thought to be part of Holyberden as certain employees have been seen there. This, however, is an unconfirmed rumor that may be false.

Background[edit]

One sunny morning in 2009, a small building was constructed in the middle of South Pole City. A sign on it read "Antarctic Inc." At first, it only produced cakes, cupcakes and muffins. The goal of the company was to be the greatest bakery in Antarctica. Over the months, Antarctic Inc slowly yet steadily grew and achieved more profit. In 2010, the company began to manufacture computers and other electronics. It also bought out a clothes company. The scope of the company increased. The building upgraded to a larger office and opened up a factory in Pengolia. This meant that the company reaped more profit. In 2010, Antarctic Inc. moved to a larger building, now located in South Pole City. It also opened up more factories and plants. Then all of a sudden, in late 2010, company profit reached a 1000% increase since the last quarter. A large amount of cash flow came coming in. Eventually, a bank had to be constructed to store all the money. By 2012, Antarctic Inc. owns about 51 subsidiaries and 62 separate companies. In total, there are 124 factories, warehouses and offices scattered around the continent.

Crisis of 2011[edit]

In February 2011, an unknown penguin broke into the top secret vault where Antarctic Inc. keeps all of its money. The penguin stole as much money it could and when the break-in was discovered, 1.5 million coins worth of money was lost. The EPF was immediately called in to investigate. This large amount of money lost affected worker's salaries.

In March, the workers went on strike for a week, requesting that their salaries be raised. Factories grind to a halt and no work is done. An estimated 10 million coins is lost due to this strike. It hit the company even harder, in turn reducing salaries even more. The workers were not impressed. They stole Deletion Missiles and began to bombard the main office. The national army had to be called in for riot control. Antarctic Inc. hastily asked the government for temporary funding to set things right. The government approved and by May 2011, 20 million coins were payed.

With this new money, Antarctic Inc. provided the higher salaries to the workers. This used up 7 million coins. With the remaining money, Antarctic Inc. rebuilt it's offices and replaced the stolen money. The 10 million coins that were lost to the strike were never made up, even to this day. This large loss of money cost Antarctic Inc. its Bomb Manufacturing industry. But on the good side, however, the crisis was at long last finally over.

However, in late 2011,there was a twist in the story. The criminal that stole the money was found. The penguin (who's identity was not exposed) pleaded guilty but also said that he was dared to by some penguins. The situation was re-assessed and the burglar actually did tell the truth. The EPF began identity searches around the whole continent. Eventually, the group of penguins were found. After countless court-battles and arguments, the penguins (including the burglar) were fined a couple hundred coins. The worst case scenario would possibly have the penguins sent to the Hot Snow.
