The UAN Resolutions of April 2013 were a series of resolutions dealing with foreign trade agreements, trade embargoes, and the development of Nuclear Weapons of Mass destruction in the Antarctic world. All national representatives were present and all voted in each session topic. The Resolutions of April 2013 mostly revolved around the Yow Kingdom, The Royal Monarchy of Glaw, and the Democratic Penguins' Republic of Joseon. At the resolution meetings, the latter three countries mentioned were labelled as the "Axis of Tyranny" by the Shoppers, Puffish, Castillans, Snoss, and Ruscans.

Just recently, the Imperial Empire of Snowzerland became the first Antarctic Nation in history to develop Nuclear Warheads in 2010. In the following three years, top agents from the NRR and the EPF have acquired the instructions on how to make nuclear weaponry. In that time, the first nations to acquire the new technology were Rusca and the USA, who had stockpiled hundreds of nuclear warheads. Zhou also developed their own nuclear weapons since the Snoss had given them their secret willingly. Furthermore, the USA had spread its knowledge of Nuclear weaponry to its allies: Shops Island, Puffle'and, and Frankterre. Meanwhile, Zhou has recently shared information about Nuclear weaponry to the (North) Joseoneans, who now threaten a Nuclear War against the USA, just like Snowzerland had attempted in 2010.
Now, talks in the Yow Kingdom have developed about creating nuclear warheads of their own. The five nations listed above consider Yow Kingdom to be an increasing threat to their national securities, especially because Yow is allied with the belligerent DPRJ (North Joseon). Fears in these nations have suggested that a combined alliance of nuclear nations would spark an environment of tension in Antarctica's island regions of the Yowien Sea, the Ninja Archipelago, and the Asiapelago.
The following proposal would like to ban the Old Yow Kingdom and it's colonies from developing Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction. By agreeing to this resolution, all nations are aware that any violations to this treaty will result in the UAN invasion of the Old Yow Kingdom and the establishment of a newly elected government. This proposal is created in part to protect the general public and to assure the safety of nations that feel threatened by this cause.

In recent months, the Democratic Penguins' Republic of Joseon (DPRJ) has established an active nuclear weapons program. Since its start, the DPRJ's Nuclear Weapons Program has dropped three Plutonium nuclear warheads in remote areas on their territories as tests. After the second test, leaders from around the Antarctic had warned the North not to test any more nuclear weapons, but they persisted in February in this month. This recent nuclear test has been recorded to be larger than the previous two, and there is still speculation whether the bomb was made of plutonium or uranium. Meanwhile, DPRJ President Kim Il Sunguin has increased the amount of rhetoric and threats of nuclear war towards both the United States of Antarctica and South Joseon. Though it is believed that they are incapable of nuking South Pole City, they are capable of nuking South Joseon and Japaland. Other serious threats include the DPRJ selling nuclear weapons to its allies, the Yow Kingdom and Glaw. Furthermore, food aid and luxury goods imported to the country is only given to the country's elite; neglecting the starving middle and lower classes.
The following proposal seeks to heavily increase the limit of trade that occurs between the DPRJ and all other nations in the UAN in order to prevent further advancement of their nuclear program.

After the Yowien interest of Nuclear development has developed, several nations have expressed their concerns that Yow and it's satellite country of Glaw will attempt to develop weapons of mass destruction in secret or will attempt to secretly purchase weapons of mass destruction from the Democratic Penguins' Republic of Joseon. Meanwhile, tensions have been growing between the Yow Kingdom and several other countries such as Shops Island, Snowzerland, Castilla, Polaris, and the Barbearer Islands.
The following proposal will cease trade with the Yow Kingdom and the Royal Monarchy of Glaw as well as all of their colonies. Travel will still be permitted, but special visas will have to be acquired in order to travel to either country.
Only countries that sign "for" will enforce the sanctions and economic embargo.

In accordance to the agreement of enforcing the embargo and the sanctions, the main powers of Snowzerland, Castilla, Shops Island, Rusca, and Puffle'and have proposed that all nations that vote FOR the embargo will participate in a massive naval blockade that will surround the Yowien Sea and Glaw. The blockade will NOT be in their waters, but away from their jurisdiction. The countries that had proposed the embargo will be assigned to surround the outside of Yowien Sea (while still in INTERNATIONAL waters) with their respected navies, while the other nations will be responsible for creating a blockade on Glaw.
All cargo and military ships shall be denied access inside and outside Yow and Glaw, while passenger ships and yachts may be allowed, but they will be subject to a extremely thorough search. All aircraft that come from Yow and Glaw will be thoroughly checked by airport security, and all aircraft that are going to Yow and Glaw will be thoroughly checked by airport security to make sure the Embargo is upheld.
Any attempt to breach the barrier set by the UAN Security Council will be met with military confrontation and an arrest on international charges.
