CPSN (Club Penguin Sports Network) is Club Penguin's premiere sports television channel.
History[edit]
Club Penguin Sports Center was founded in late 2005 by Gary the Gadget Guy (with expenses being paid for by the CP government), to broadcast Penguin Stadium ice hockey games and other sporting events. Gary was also the first broadcaster, who would make predictions for upcoming games, and commentate on live games being played. Gary is more interested in science than sports, so the job was given to Rory in early 2006.
Though still owned by the government, the Club Penguin Times took over management of the channel in 2008 (after the Penguin Games) after giving an undisclosed amount of money to the government. It was renamed to CPSN shortly after, and started to have a more broad selection of games being taped.
A second channel, CPSN 2, was created in 2010, and is exclusively for paying members. While there are still hockey matches on CPSN, CPSN 2 is entirely hockey matches.
After Club Penguin University opened in 2013, control of the network was given to the school, though the CP Times still remains a permanent sponsor.

Here are some of the shows/sports you can see on CPSN.
- Ice Hockey- Commonly shown on CPSN. All local games are broadcast, and sometimes USA league games are shown as well.
- Baseball- Commonly shown from 2006 to 2008. Baseball is still shown, but not as often.
- Fishball can sometimes be seen filling the baseball programming slot.
- Soccer- The second highest broadcasting sport, behind Ice Hockey. Started being shown in 2008 after the Penguin Games. Most of the programming during the Penguin Cup was soccer games.
- Find Four- Competitive Find Four matches can also be seen every Saturday, and have been shown since 2005.
- Surfing- The occasional surf competition.
- Sled Racing- Another popular sport behind Ice Hockey and Soccer, Sled Racing.
- Olympics- Whenever The Olympics/Penguin Games are held, CPSN also shows those.

- Mancala- Mancala matches were broadcast from 2005 until the closing of the Book Room in 2012.
