""Chit Chat"" is the sixth single from Superstar and the third song to be released. This song features a 2004 feeling and a little bit of Angie's red electric guitar in it. This is one of the most successful songs in her debut album.

Background[edit]
The song was the third track to be released off "Superstar. Cadence wrote all of the lyrics herself and bought it back to Angie to check anything. She had also produced it herself too as a suprise for Angie. This song was inspired by Angie's love of texting, Peach Inc and other technology as stated by Angie Hills. Cadence got that idea when the three friends were texting about technology. Angie stated: "Yeah, it was one of the most funniest things in my life. It was quite unexpected that Cadence did this song as a surprise for me." One minute of the song was leaked in August 2013 as a sneak peek. The song was announced in August 19 2013 and then uploaded to Meaghan's official PengTube channel on August 23 2013. It got over 2 million views on the same day. In a video, she did a teaser trailer of her music video and it was released on August 25 2013. 24 hours later, it was the most viewed video on Angie Hills' vevo channel.
During the Superstar tour, her outfit for the performance was a silver glittering outfit along with a sparkling wig.
Critical reception[edit]
Jason Newpeng of "Penguins Right Now" gave the song a very positive review:
I've had to say, it's totally old school for Angie Hills but in a good way. She can even mix in a bit of old school- it's rad, right? Can this song be a hit? Can Angie Hills gain fame for this song like she did? It was then uploaded to PengTube, and I was amazed. It was one of the best old school songs ever. First off, its not only old school but its catchy.

Chart performance[edit]
The song charted at number 1 in South Pole City on August 24 2013 and remained number 1 for five weeks. It was in the Top 40 for 31 weeks, and in the Top 100 for 71 weeks. On the same day, it charted number 1 in the USA and remained number 1 for three weeks. It remained in the Top 40 for 50 weeks. On August 26 2013 it charted number 5 in UnitedTerra and stayed their for two weeks, number 1 in Club Penguin, number 5 in Freezeland, number 3 in Antarctica, number 5 in Puffle'and and number 3 in Dorkugal. It stayed in the Top 40 for more than 30 weeks in all charts.
Cover artwork[edit]
In a interview, Angie Hills stated: "The original covers are random text messages I took photos of but then wait, it'll ruin my privacy. So I decided to come up with a hilarious artwork for the single to catch my soon-to-be-fans attention." The standard cover artwork is a white background with a big epic face emoji in the middle with speech bubbles (IcePhone texting font) saying the name of the artist and the song. The deluxe and the limited deluxe version are one of Angie's photos of text messages but with the name of the artist and the song.
Music Video[edit]
The video begins with Angie in her bedroom texting her friend Cadence, suddenly she got sucked into her IcePhone into another world. She met many other female singers stuck in trees that looks like a wi-fi service. The singers that were freed are Meaghan who was trapped in the Tel Al Phon flag, Ethan who was trapped in a computer box, DJ Crow that was inside a turntable. As Angie dances with the celebs, Cadence comes out with a turntable outfit and verses Angie in a typing competition. The score was tied and Cadence stopped fighting with Angie. Cadence danced with Angie alongside other singers on a Peach Inc beach. At the end, Angie got sucked out of the world while saying goodbye to her technology counterparts and it landed at the start with Angie texting Cadence.
