Club Penguin Fanon Wiki:Flag Visitor-inator

Okay, so I got my hands on this puppy:

Basically, it's a hit counter that also displays the nation of origin of the viewer! I want it installed on the CPFW home page, but I don't know how to do it. I seek Andrew or Seahorse to make their magic.

P.S.: The best thing to me would be to put the Flag Counter-inator in a MediaWiki thing (because that's cool looking) and {{embed it like a template}}. If that's possible, I'd be a happy man.
