In the USA, there are certain customs used in writing and packaging laws, bills, treaties, amendments, and other important political documents.
- Any text that is taken directly from the Constitution of the United States of Antarctica is ALWAYS written in bright blue ink and underlined.
- Amendments to the Consitution are written on yellow paper, which is packaged by rolling it up and tying a scarlet string around it.
- Bills are written on gray paper, which is packaged by folding it in half "hamburger-style" and sliding it into an envelope.
- A veto is stamped in red ink on the envelope; an approval is signed in blue ink.
- Resignation letters are written in white ink on black paper, which is packaged by rolling it up, typing a purple ribbon around it, and putting a purple pin with a no symbol on the ribbon.
- Treaties are written on light blue paper and packaged by folding the paper into a paper airplane.
- Usually, several copies of treaties are made for each country participating in the treaty. To show their approval of the treaty, delegates of each country will meet in the South Pole Council and throw their copies of the treaty at each other.
