Every single user is equal. There is no such thing as a 'power pyramid'. Administrator, Bureaucrat, Patroller, all those are additional responsibilities, not ranks. An Administrator's Council? That's illegal ever since we abolished the BOSS. Consensus? Not really. If we are a true Consensus then voting should be the last resort. Compromise should always be the first option on the table.
