Two things:
- The last private server (iCP) was almost sued.
- I've allowed ACP to claim the server as part of their territory.

- There are private servers everywhere, whether or not it gets taken down is entirely up to time.
- Like hell. ACP don't own this server; we do. If I hear any ACP member claiming they own CPWN server I will ban them from the server permanently.
