Guidelines

This policy is very vague, and that's quite the concern.

"Power abuse" has yet to be defined on this wiki, and during my career I've seen the term used for just about everything. So, to prevent circumvention and the taking advantage of this policy, I suggest that we outline a clear set of circumstances that defines "power abuse". I'll throw some out right now:

• Significant change of policy without consent/discussion with the community and/or administration
• Significant change of policy for clearly personal* reasons
• Promoting/demoting users (to or from any position) without due process
• Promoting/demoting users for clearly personal reasons
• Blocking users for clearly personal reasons
• Exaggerating blocks outside of the means of common sense
• Deleting pages without due reason (policy violation, subject of fighting)

*Personal = Clearly opinionated/religious/political etc. move
