Revise/delete the policy

I don't think this policy is ethical, for multiple reasons:

• Waging "war" with Wikia is just going to spread bad blood and decrease the trust from our site.
• Wikia staff have had issues with people using "Wikia principally as a medium for advertising our fanon" in the past. It's not going to get any better if we advertise.
• Wikia staff will block any user that advertises this wiki on the Fanon Wikia anyway, treating it as "harassment".

All in all, if we want to get new users, we should just focus on writing quality Club Penguin fan fiction articles. Eventually word of mouth and Google will reel in more users anyway.
