Dance or Else... (often referred to as "Dance or Else") is Meaghan's second single from her debut album "Camouflage". Many people liked the song. It received a higher certification than the one of "Silence", the last one being the first single of the album. "Dance or Else..." is an instrumental song, with synths and bass, and has a fast tempo. Dance or Else... can be heard in Meaghan's website: http://meaghanincp.webs.com. The song is the most popular song from Meaghan and the most bought one too.

The inspiration of this song, according to Meaghan, is a sentence. She used to say "DANCE OR ELSE!" at the Night Club while she was a DJ there. She named the song like that because it's the type of songs she used to play. Recently, she stated the song was also a song dedicated to Queen PenguinHaHa, which is one of her biggest inspirations.
Music Video[edit]
The video starts with Meaghan entering to the Night club, and starts to spin tunes, then the song starts. The video ends with Meaghan shouting: "This has just begun. DANCE OR ELSE!". The video is directed by Meaghan.
Extended Play[edit]
Meaghan released an extended play of "Dance or Else...". The EP includes 3 remixed versions of the song, one made by DJ Crow, and the original song. In the EP, Meaghan did the "Evolution remix", and she stated that it was going to be the "Reloaded version that was going to appear in her now-cancelled album: "Evolution".

The RIAAC certificated "Dance or Else..." as a Triple Platinum single as of April 10, 2010. In April 26, 2010 it sold 4,470,895 units, making it a 4× Platinum single.
Reloaded Version[edit]
Meaghan confirmed that there was going to be a "Reloaded" version of this song in her now-cancelled album: Evolution. It was the same song as the "Evolution Remix" in the Dance or Else... EP.
