Darktan Incorporated is a company started by Darktan II shortly after the Nightmare Epic. During the events, the majority of Darktan’s minions were mind controlled by Zone and Nightmare. Desperate for help, Darktan went to the Good Guys and asked him to help fight against Nightmare. A peace treaty was struck and many of Nightmare’s Minions were killed in the event, either through the X-Antibody battle, King of Sorrow’s killing spree, or Nightmare’s mass deletion of the army going against her.
These greatly limited Darktan’s ability to conquer Antarctica, however, with his minions and himself pardoned he was able to legally work within the corporate world of Antarctica and other countries. He created Darktan, Inc to get money, influence, and power.
Initially most people were against such a concept because Darktan was well, extremely evil. However Darktan, Inc. provided products at an extremely cheap price (through slave labor) which allowed them to become a major competitor in the marketplace. The company has gained traction in the United States of Antarctica which has some people worried.

Pre-Darktan Incorporated[edit]
Darktan Anator, the original Darktan had conquered many small areas across Antarctica, the most notable being the Darktonian Realm. He had set up several mines, farms, power plants, and factories to help him get resources. His soldiers like the Doom Knights made sure his slaves were doing their job efficiently and quickly. These areas were only loosely connected and all of their products went to Darktan’s Army; it was a in effect, a monopoly.
Darktan had a science division where weapons technology was studied. This came in great use during the Pie War.
Creation of Darktan, Inc[edit]
Darktan II incorporated all of the mines, farms, and factories he had owned into one conglomerate that was recognized by the USA and other nations.
