The Democratic Republic of the Frosian Islands (commonly known as the Frosian Islands or Frosia) is a nation founded in 2026, shortly after the end of the Shops Civil War. In the future, it becomes one of the world power nations as it is a large controller of trade flows. It is currently a territory of Shops Island.

Founding[edit]
The islands were re-organized and founded as an independent nation in 2026 by Frosian patriarch Guymed, who was later democratically elected as the president. Since he was older and this was a more modern world, he decided to leave the nation with it's traditional name (Frosian Islands), rather than naming it after himself like he had done in 1997. Now that Frosia was a much larger nation than it was in 2013, Guymed had to establishment a democratic congress, with many elected representatives for each of the islands in that system.

The population of the country during its first census in 2026 was 2.3 million penguins.
Military[edit]
During the Shops Civil War, the Frosian Warriors enlisted many new soldiers after rebelling against the Shoppers, and provided any aid they could to the USSI as well as protecting their own nation. During the Battle of Frosia, they fought valiantly but their forces were heavily damaged by the Shoppers.
In 2027, the Warriors were repurposed as the Frosian Army, Navy and Marines, respectively. Warriors became an elite best-of-the-best group of soldiers, who performed special operations and secret missions. However, the military was still weak in comparison to larger nations.
