Vladimir Domanov, known to all as Doctor Dominate is a dictator of a city-state, and hopeful world conqueror. He has a suit of armor that keeps his alive after his injuries in a freak accident, as well as giving him all sorts of abilities.

Vladimir Domanov was born to a queen on a Free Republic. His mother was a brutal dictator, but managed to get the people to subordinate. However a political faction was emerging who wanted the state for themselves, so they arranged the assassination of the Queen. They were going to kill young Vladimir, but he escaped along with his cyborg butler.
Vladimir was given a new life in the Antarctic Peninsula. He went to college when he was only 13, and met fellow prodigy Reed Reindeer. They became close friends, although Domanov didn’t like associating with other people because he felt they were less intelligent than he was, and didn’t get along with Reed’s friends. However, Vladimir was secretly jealous of Reed because he thought it was possible that Reed was more intelligent than he was.
Reed and Vladimir worked together to build a time machine, so Vladimir could stop his mother from being killed by political rivals. They spent a lot of their time working together. Eventually they were complete, and Vladimir didn’t hesitate to use it. However, it was tampered by Ben Swim who didn’t like Vladimir. Vladimir was caught in the tachyon and was aged and de-aged all over. He was sent to a hospital.
Vladimir blamed Reed for the accident, saying that Reed was jealous of him. Vladimir was sent on a life support system to keep him alive. However, he eventually built a suit of armor that would do the same thing. He modified his armor with both science and magic and decided to reclaim his rightful place as king. He flew to his home country, and battled the army single handedly. He took over the throne and got the people to bow to him. He then gave himself the name Doctor Dominate.
Involvement[edit]
In addition to ruling his country with an iron fist, Doctor Dominate is trying to prove his intelligence to Reed Reindeer. He has been trying to rebuild the time machine without Reed’s help, and it has proven to be difficult. He also hopes to take over the world, but is constantly thwarted by the Fantarctic Four or Defenders.
