F0()rTh W@lL.exe is a Str00delized highly advanced fourth wall manipulating hacking device (also known by walrus and Str00del as a hacking Doohickey) used by the walrus to break the fourth wall in order to hack human websites. It is thought to be the most advanced program the walrus have and explains why Walrus are able to hack so well.

The F0()rTh W@lL.exe uses some type of fourth wall breaking code that enables it to break through the fourth wall into the Internet of other universes, allowing the hackers to go boldly where no hacker has gone before. The Device was created by the Mighty Tusk King as a mere experiment. He later realized its potential and continued to work on it until it became the proud hacking machine that it is today.
It is the primary hacking tool for the walruses.
- It was created originally as a experiment but the creator (the first walrus) realised its potential and worked on it until it is what it is today.
- No penguin has ever obtained this program as it is strictly guarded by the full force of the walrus hackers
- A fourth wall breaking Walrus used it to hack into the fourth wall and bribe Director Benny in return for approving the Walrus 'R' Us stores.
