This is Delaine - the singing yellow puffle.
I got a picture of a yellow puffle and cut out a hat from the Penguin Style. The hat was attached to a very long wig which I cut down a lot. I had to edit the hat to fit her head too. I then decided to keep her hair short by taking the smallest piece of hair from the wig and repeating it around her head.
