The logo for Experiment Labs, a secret division of Khanzem's military. After Khanzem collapsed, Experiment Labs changed allegiance to the Snowman Empire, and so on. It's last parent organisation was the Antarctican military, and it has since become independent and delivers services to the highest bidder.
Their slogan, "Progress over Morality", is the creed they live by. Experiment Labs will perform any experiment requested, ignoring the moral sense of right and wrong. This ignorance of the conscience has created many monsters through the ages.
