  • Lol, cool pic TS. He certainly looks like a Japalandese superhero, and it fits the part, seeing as Reaper is meant to be a parody of shonen anime heroes. --Speeddasher Nobody likes you Ash!
    • I thought Koni was a parody of Yugioh, except Yugi and his super counterpart are aware of each other and consent to each other's swap-outs/possessions. Anyway, yeah, I'm really good with the "dual culture" joke. I know little about Japan and even less about anime, but I do know a whole lot abbout rednecks and that culture. In my personal opinion, I think men's Japanese school uniforms are far better looking and appropriate than the women's. (I'd be content wearing that to school- heck, I'd WANT to -but the women's? Not a chance!)
    • Hey, did you know they were based off of old American and European naval uniforms? If I recall, after Perry stormed his battleships into the Sea of Japan and scared the crap out of the Japanese, they began to rapidly adopt their own version of Western ideologies, and their school system took the military uniforms of the Navies of the day (1800s, 1900s). They used those for efficency's sake. :D

Hm, I actually didn't think about that when I created Reaper. I don't watch Yugioh, and frankly I'm not into monster battling shows so I probably never will, but I do know some details about it. Also, Kuni doesn't know that Reaper possesses his body regularly, hence why he never gets to see him The backstory to how Kuni and Reaper came to share the same body will be revealed later in the story. --Speeddasher A link to a talk page "Lock On"!
