Foe Stummer (of the Crash) is a famous singer in Antarctica. He works with The Crash (mentioned earlier) and has many fans, Penguinpuffdude being one of them. He had written many famous songs and are already in the music charts of Antarctica.

Early Life

Foe Stummer (real name Billy "Strummer" Mellon) hatched in Puffle'and in 1958, born to two successful king penguins, somehow making him taller than his parents. He also had a older brother and sister called Willy and Jenny. They lived a perfectly normal life, doing normal things.

He was always a very energetic chick, known to have always in his free time to dig holes in his garden, and an hour after he finished he would get chased by his parents for ruining their washing and the garden ornaments. That had happened a lot of times, and Willy sometimes got involved in it, after all, surely a 11-year-old older brother would like to involve in something like that? One day, at the age of 8 (1966), he got a sudden interest for becoming a musician after hearing a song called Glad All Over, by the Wave Clark High-Five, so he bought himself a toy guitar to practice on. However, his older brother, who was 12 at the time, was not interested in becoming a musician like his younger brother, along with his sister (who was 18 at the time) and so they just got on with their own lives. Foe, however, by the time of 12, began to lose his hyper-ness, like his older brother four years earlier had. But, Foe was still unique to his older brother and sister because he still loved to play and practice on his old guitar, but when he was 14, he eventually lost his interest in the guitar and became a boring teenager interesting (usually) to geeks and nerds just like his older brother and sister had.

Teenage Life

After 3 years of being boring, he finally stopped this in 1975, at the age of 17. One day, when he was walking down the street to meet some Dorkugese, 3 penguins walked up to him, asking if he would join their group. He thought they meant "dorky group" because they looked like some geeks, so he joined. As soon as they went in the car, he realized that this wasn't a geeky group, it was a hippy band. He couldn't do anything as he just joined, so he just sat still in the car while the members were talking about their next performance. Finally, they arrived at their rehearsal area and began rehearsing. "One question - what are we even going to be playing?" he asked to the tallest penguin. "I don't know, you're our singer!" he replied. He was stuck, so he just decided to write some songs with these hippies. They became a major success after a first performance at Snowdon. He began to think better about these penguins and began working with them more, eventually calling the band the 202ers. They were about to be in the music charts, when suddenly, in 1977, the punk penguins came in. 2 penguins, who were punks, were secretly watching the band, and they chose Foe, because he had "the voice of a wounded (leopard) seal". They thought that fact was great so one night, when he was going entering the studio, he was kidnapped by them and was driven away to an old shed. When they arrived, it was revealed that their names were Top "the" Headon and Mick Phones, and they wanted him to join their new band.
