This bill, Background image, has failed the Wiki's Congress Committee and has been rejected as law.

Dear users of the Club Penguin Fanon Wiki,

It has come to my attention that our wiki's theme backgrounds are horrendously boring. Some themes have a plain white background, and others have a dull blue. While it has been the wiki's traditional look for a long time, I belive that it is time to move on and increase our wiki's appeal with a new and interesting background. Here, members of the community can discuss this idea and perhaps submit images for consideration. --XTUX345: "May the Bird of Paradise fly up your nose! • The image is outstanding, but this wiki simply doesn't need a background. It's a wiki, and despite the somewhat informal purpose of storytelling, we owe it to the WikiMedia foundation to keep the nerd's look of the console's origins. ...-at least, that's my excuse for my hatred of change and informalities on a website that uses an encyclopedia as its underlying code.
