Hungry Ninja is a very very VERY hungry ninja. He is very fat. He eats every food he sees. If he's not hungry, I don't know who is. He is the son of Mr. Ninja and the brother of Giant Ninja and Rookie Ninja. Giant Ninja and Hungry Ninja are both ninjas, but it's a hereditary action, not an earned one.
