Imperial Palace of Nexon
The Imperial Palace of Nexon is the official residence of the country's Emperor, Vince. It's most notable feature is the large dome on top of the palace. It is built in the building style called the Baroque architecture.
History[edit]
Originally on the ground of the palace is the High Penguin Confederacy's governor's colonial mansion. In Khanzem, the palace is used for hiding war loots taken from countries. However most of the treasure had been looted by the Nexonan near the end of the war. A few years later, the Puffish colonial government used the mansion as the meeting place of the new colonial government.
The mansion lasted for a few years after Nexon got independence from Grand Permatan. During its time in the Rock Union, the mansion was visited by tourists and also used by the country's president. Soon after Margate's invasion, the mansion was bombed by the anarchists. Later the whole mansion got destroyed by a Margatan missile.
As stated in history books, Vince, then the chairman of the International Syndicate, took over Nexon for himself. Soon after the conquest, Vince built his Imperial Palace (the current one) on the ruins, creating the present palace.
Court[edit]
The Imperial Court is situated at the Throne Hall. Different penguins must wear different outfits.
- Ordinary Penguins - Citizens or foreigners should wear business attire when they visit the Emperor, unless its an emergency.
- Foreign Diplomats (ambassadors, presidents, prime ministers)-Foreigners are advised to wear a suit, a shirt and a tie.
- Policemen and Soldiers-Policemen and soldiers are required to wear non-combat uniforms.
- Imperial Guards-The Guards of the Emperor wear the special forces' combat uniforms, with a FN-SCAR. There are always 8 guards standing beside the throne. 4 of them follow the Emperor if he left the throne (unless he dismiss them) and another 4 guards will take their place.
- Double Sicilia Mobsters (or any Syndicate mobsters)- Vince's mobsters and thugs are required to wear what foreigners should wear, with an optional bulletproof vest. They carried auto-shotguns and AK-47, watching their boss' back and life. Elite mobsters wear almost any type of street clothings.
- Criminals-The Imperial Court is also the highest court room in Nexon. Criminals wear a white robe with wooden arrow-shaped signs labelled with insulting sentences attached to the criminals' back. Examples included:"Son of a Mabel", "Total Garbage" and Chinese curse words. All of the sentences are in Chinese.
- Emperor-The Emperor can wear whatever he wanted. For more formal events, he wears his imperial outfit. In events where a commoner would be promoted to nobility/the Emperor's relatives will get married and others, the Emperor wear his "divine" outfit and his three-tiered crown.
- Empress-Vince hosted a "Miss Nexon" contest and the winner is selected to be his empress. The Empress wears a golden crown with golden silk robes. When the Emperor wear his "divine" outfit, the Empress followed-wearing a purple-dyed silk dress with a platinum crown encrusted with diamonds and a scepter with a large ruby mined in Heylon on top of it, the same as the Emperor's, who used a sapphire (blue gems) on his scepter.
