Date 25/26 January, 2015 Location Penguïn Straat, De Groot, Seal Islands Result Terrorists are caught and arrested; Snowiny sends troops, SWAT teams an secret agents to operate in De Groot near the Snowinian inhabited areas, and also increases security in homeland. Seal Islands declares a state of emergency in it's entire country. Casus belli 5 terrorists organize a shooting at the Snowinian embassy in the De Groot at 3:04 PM, and run away. At 7:56 PM, hostages get held in a nearby Veggie Emporium restaurant, a Snowinian health-food restaurant. The terrorists are killed but only 2 out of 5 hostages are alive.

The January 2015 Sealien Terrorist Attacks were large-scale terrorist shootings committed on the Snowinian embassy in De Groot, in sign of protest against their Snowinian enemies. Alert was raised throughout Seal Islands and Snowiny and the military and SWAT teams were involved. These were the first terrorist attacks that ever happened in Seal Islands. The attacks took the lives of 27 penguins, and injured 54 more.

Aftermath

While originally providing military aid, the Seal Islands now joined the Antarctic War on Terrorism officially.

Reactions

• Seal Islands - President Christina van Guilera condemned the attacks and noted that the islands are a peaceful nation and don't seek in causing harm to anyone. Large parts of De Groot were placed in high-level alert and the entrance to central De Groot was restricted. People near the location of the attack were encouraged to stay indoors.
• Snowiny - The King of Snowiny declared an immediate state of emergency and raised the alert in Snowiny to the highest level. The King released troops, SWAT teams and secret agents to operate in De Groot in Snowinian inhabited areas and around the region where the embassy of Snowiny is. They also sent spies to the Veggie Emporiums in De Groot.
