King Alvaro is the current monarch of Penguio. He has a friendship with almost every body in Antarctica but one puffle because they had an argument for a whole month, Mabel. He was born in Castilla, however he moved to Penguio (not at the time called Penguio) at the age of 4. As a loyal citizen to the Penguio State, in 2013 when Penguio was released as a state and turned into a free republic of the USA, he became the ruling monarch of Penguio.
