King Puffallup is a rather cowardly Puffer Fish who wishes he could be tough. He was constantly tortured by Jellyfish who constantly stung him. It all changed one day when Herbert P. Bear granted him a wish by using an an old tool used by the master's. For awhile he remained almost invincible save one part of his body that no one knows about. He was later defeated by Explorer 767 and has since become a wimp again.

Background[edit]
King Puffallup was originally just a regular old Puffer fish. He was constantly teased by the Jellyfish that lived near him and they would purposely shock him just to see him puff up. He hated being weak and wimpy and wished that he could be tough. His only friend was a crab named Klutzy. They would occasionally play together and have fun tapping at the glass in Club Penguin's under ground pool. However when Klutzy left to join Herbert Puffallup was left all alone. The Jellyfish teased him even more, and now he was scared to even swim in the ocean. One day however Herbert visited the Puffer Fish in a submarine. At first the Puffer Fish was terrified, but Herbert told him that he wasn't going to attack him. He then said that he had the power to grant wishes and that he would make him the toughest fish in the sea if he would guard the ghost of one of the old Wikia Master's.
