Kingvile is a large city built by King Penguins, the former inhabitants. During Colonial Antarctica, they lived independently as a monarchy, only to be overthrown and replaced by a Parliamentary republic. It lacked technological advancements during the monarch, yet strengthened when the UPRC annexed Kingvile.
Background[edit]
Located on the Republica Isles, there were a few scattered King Penguin clans who always fought with each other. However, a wise old chief united several small clans and launched an offensive attack throughout the larger and isolated clans. In result, all the clans were united into one kingdom. The wise old chief declared himself King, appointing other chiefs as Governors of states, replicating a feudal system. During the latter years of Colonial Antartica, a revolt struck, changing the system of government. The monarchy was replaced with a Parliamentary republic, which ruled until the arrival of the United Penguin's Republic Colonies. The UPRC took over, abolishing the Parliamentary republic. The UPRC improved the city, expanding its boundaries.
