Nathaniel Kenneth B. Kratz also known as Kenneth B. Kratz is the 3rd and and current President of the Polarian Executive Administrative Council, the directorial head-of-state of the Federal Republic of Polaris.

During his tenure as President, Kratz had signed several bills pertaining to healthcare and housing, particularly the Federal Health Insurance Act, the National Public Housing Commission Act, and had also passed an economic stimulus of $335 billion, to decrease a slightly higher unemployment rate. Domestic policy achievements of the Kratz administration include the Marriage and Family Act, the National Agriculture Act, and the Consumer Goods and Protections Act of 2011. In foreign policy, Kratz had signed the AU Free Trade Agreement, and the Calada-Polaris Trade Accord in early 2012.

Nathaniel B. Kratz is happily married to Roberta Denise Kratz, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Polaris.

Early years (1961-1994)[edit]

Nathaniel B. Kratz was born on April 1st, 1961 in Snowville, Eastshield at Kapino Medical Center outside of the city. He was born to Andrew Matthew Kratz, a television-producer who worked at WSNO until 1999, and Pelliana "Penny" Hopp, who was a baker at her own bakeshop in Snowville. Nathaniel B. Kratz. Kratz' parents met at the University of Snowville, Telecommunications class. Kratz's parents were married on April 19,1960.

After, Nathaniel B. Kratz moved to Zhou with her mother and father after her father was transferred to Dongjing National News, in search of a better job. Nathaniel attended Xiao-Jong International School while in Dongjing. When the Communist uprising took place in Zhou, all the students abroad were transferred back to Eastshield, due to safety concerns.

Nathaniel then moved to Penguville, Eastshield to live with his maternal grandparents, Lisa and Leo Hopp, who had moved to the city in 1933. He then attended McNeil Island High School, a public school.

Political career (1994-present)[edit]

Kratz was first elected to a position in politics at the age of twenty-three, shortly after finishing a Political Science degree at the University of Penguville and being hired as the Chief Political Affairs Editor for The Penguville Times. Kratz was elected as City Councillor for Ward 55, and helped pilot the City Redevelopment Program and the City-Wide Food Program, both of which are still being continued today. Kenneth was also appointed to the City Housing Committee. He served his post as City Councillor for Ward 55 until his appointment by former Mayor of Snowville Samuel Rudi to the office of Vice Mayor in 1999, following the unfortunate passing of the his predescessor. As Vice Mayor, he garned much political attention from Snowville and the rest of Eastshield.

In 2002, Kratz voluntarily resigned his position as Vice Mayor of Snowville to run for an empty Polaris Democratic Party candidate spot in the 11th District, Polaris Island-North. Nathaniel Kratz later gained much respect from his colleagues, during the Polaris Democratic Party convention at he Crown Harbor Stadium on January 18, 2003, where he had given the keynote speech. He continued to serve the 11th District, famously introducing the ban on Shark Fin Soup, the slashing of corporate tax cuts by 1.75% in 2005, and increasing the funds allotted to educational institutions in the City. In 2004, Nathaniel Kratz was handed the title of Vice Mayor of Polaris during a vote of the Polaris City Council, following the resignation of Taylor Wick the day prior. He was inaugurated on July 17, 2004 at the Polaris Harborfront Centre, serving under Mayor Monte Captio.
