The L.O.U.I.S.X.I.V (League of Unbelievably Insane Savagely Xtreme Intimidating Villains) are a group of wannabe villains who go around and try to ruin the days of others. However, they usually tend to fail as their attempts are commonly brushed off by their victims. The group was founded by Joey Rudypoo and The Dark Plumber

Background[edit]
After being mocked, ridiculed, and tormented by their peers, Joey Rudypoo and The Dark Plumber decided that they were natural born super-villains. With that belief, they befriended five other nerds who were alienated at school. Plumber and Rudypoo convinced them that they too were born to be super-villains. They believed with the right use of their "powers", they all would succeed in ruining the good times of others and make them miserable. With that lodged into their heads they all dropped out of high school. To this day, they continue to attempt to make the lives of those around them miserable.

- Joey Rudypoo - The leader and founder of the group who picks on everyone in the group, and mostly gives the flack to The Dark Plumber.
- The Dark Plumber - The co-founder and toilet clogger of the group. He goes around breaking into other penguins' houses and clogging their toilets. The victims often roll their eyes and call a plumber and sometimes the police.
- Professor Floyd - The scientist of the group. Due to dropping out with the others, he can't make any weapons of mass destruction, but he can make stink bombs. He often throws these stink bombs at others. The only penguins he harms are those with very sensitive noses and it's only for a few seconds anyway.
- Toilet Paper Terrance - The head vandal of the group. He doesn't know how to use spray paint so he instead goes to houses and TP's them. Most penguins usually just shrug it off unless they're really old.
- Ding-Dong Dylan - The Ding-Dong Ditcher of the group. No, We are not kidding! He and another member go to a house, ring the doorbell, and run away. Barely anyone reacts to Ding-Dong Dylan except for old penguins who had to get up and walk over to the doors.
- The Order-Switcher - The Switch-a-roo of the group. He goes to random restaurants, sneaks into the kitchen, and switches the food around to make sure others get the wrong food.
- Punny Pete - Punny Pete is the comedian of the group. He goes around constantly making horrid puns to annoy other penguins. This ends with other penguins rolling their eyes as usual
- Peeping Tom - Peeping Tom has always been the dirtier out of all of them. He goes to public restrooms and switches the signs and sometimes even removes the urinals!

Trivia[edit]
- Their rivals are W.I.S.E.A.U.
- They once targeted Raven when he was on vacation in Chinstrap. This obviously didn't end well for them.
- Their headquarters used to be in Chinstrap, but an operation by the Chinstrap Police Force kicked them out. They now are in Shiverpool, but they still occasionally prank penguins in Chinstrap, in addition to pranking penguins in Shiverpool.
- They often play Pbox 360 together, which mostly consists of Joey and a few members of the group berating Dark Plumber and other members of the group
