- He never ordered who would succeed him; shortly after his death his only son, Harvey Lawrence, greedily attempted to take presidency. After a series of fights, both violent and by words, his cousin Stanley Lawrence fatally shoots Harvey Lawrence and takes the throne.

- The only dictator of Snowiny during its dictatorship period that promotes civil rights and freedom of speech.
- Completely halts the Snowinian massacres against the Penlandic population.
- Introduces minimum wages, maximum work hours, unemployement benefits, free healthcare, safety regulations and public school system reforms in Snowiny.
- In terms of political reforms allows public meetings and allows free press.
- In 1993 coup d'etat by Francisco Ferinco forces him to resign and he ironically joins the Snowinian Revolutionary Movement demanding freedom and end to dictatorship.
- In 2005 retires to his ranch in eastern Snowiny, and writes anti-war poems, and other books, and his memoirs from the 1996-2003 revolutions in Snowiny.
- In 2008 in his new book, he writes how he regrets not installing democracy right away in Snowiny while he was the leader.
- In 2015 he publically criticizes the Snowinian government for its involvement in global politics and its violation of territorial integrity of other nations. He also condemns Robert Smith as a warmonger. His statements help fuel the movement to form the United Provinces.
- Dies of cancer on January 8th. On January 10th hundreds of thousands watch his funeral on live TV.

- Born on July 5th, 1944.
- Orders mass extermination of Penlandic peoples in 1990s. Rollbacks ALL political and social reforms done by Horatio and imprisons thousands of penguins who contested his regime.
- Revolution in the late 1990s and early 2000s overthrow his government. In 2004 he is sent to a torture camp in northeast Snowiny after President Geronimo Stanling reveals to the entire world all the crimes he committed, including the staggering amount of 1,500,000 penguins he killed, a big part of them not even Snowinians. This causes outrage among all penguins of the continent, both left wing and right wing.
- In 2011 he escapes the detention camp by sheer luck and seeks asylum in Shiverpool under the name Homer Rodings. He manages to get citizenship and doesn't leave a single clue of him being Francisco Ferinco.
- On March 5th, 2015 Snowinian secret agents and special ops raid his house in Shiverpool and arrest him. He is sentenced to death on March 11th, 2015.

- In 2014 declares himself king.
- Resigns in 2015, and shortly after the republic is restored and Snowiny becomes a complete democracy.
- Today is a senator in the UP parliament, Jerry Waltera also becomes a senator and in 2015 campaigns for president.

- On November 7th 2029 he is assassinated by liberal Arthur Raymond while on a parade in Dolphinas. His last words were heard by his doctors at the hospital: "Please. Just, let me die... just don't let our nation die".
