Production[edit]

In December 2013, shortly after the end of the Fall of Nexon and The Plague War, Penquino decided to write a song that conveyed that you can survive through life as long as there's someone there to live it with. Although he wanted the song to convey a message, he also wanted it to be popular, and something that people would listen to. So, Bro helped him decide to make it a rock song, while also helping write part of the lyrics and music. The song lyrics convey many different messages: from a literal standpoint, it shows a couple trying to get from thin ice to safe ground; In a metaphorical standpoint it could show a couple's relationship, which sometimes appears to be on thin ice, or even life itself, with it's rough patches (which conveys the original message that you can survive life with someone there to help you through it). While practicing the song, Penquino decided that a keytar part in this song would not only be unique but also pretty cool. So, who better to play keytar than the master himself: Polo Field! So, he phoned the US' vice president, and it turns out he loved the idea of playing keytar in the song, which eventually included a keytar solo.
