Penguin Air, Inc. (YOWSER: PENG) is a Shops Island-based aviation holdings company. They provide air travel to the citizens of Shops Island. The company owns Penguin Air and Penguin World Air. They also partially own Shop Jet and Frosian Airwaves.

History[edit]

Since 2011, Penguin Air always had their headquarters at 100 Wright Lane. However, an actual corporation didn't exist.

In late 2012, Penguin Air acquired some parts of shopJet, the flag carrier of Shops Island. This gave the airline more revenue, but it was difficult to manage both airlines.

This all changed in 2013. Freeman Martel, CEO of Penguin Air, announced in a press conference that they would create two new things. One of the things was creating Penguin World Air, a new international division. He also announced the creation of Penguin Air, Inc, so he can manage the airlines easier.

In February 2014, Penguin Air, Inc. opened two new international ticket offices. They also announced that the operating certificates for PSA and PWA has been split.

Headquarters[edit]

Penguin Air, Inc. is headquartered at 100 Wright Lane, Penguin City, Eastern Shops. The headquarters is a two-story building located just before the airport highway. The company also operates ticket offices in Soul, South Joseon and South Pole City, USA. These are used to serve international flights for penguin Shops Air and Penguin World Air, respectively.
