Penguinton is a peaceful Regiao Lisboaguesa Town that is very Colonial Antarctica Styled.

History[edit]

Penguinton was founded in 1732 during the High Penguin Confederacy. Prior to that date, there was no penguins living in that area. It was set up by the so called "Contemporary" Viking Penguins of that time. The Vikings built the city in the modern architectual style of that day, but still wore their traditional Viking Clothing. The city started out as a small town of 500 penguins, but it later progressed as time gone by. The city was very loyal to the HPC and was greatly influenced by it. The members of the city had gotten rid of many Viking Traditions such as speaking Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian and replaced it with English and Penguinian. Other changes include Cuisine and Architecture. The only thing Penguinton kept was their clothing. Nothing happens much in Penguinton since it is a peaceful town, and remained quiet and unaffected during Khanzem, the Snowman Empire, and Olde Antarctica. However, when Colonial Antarctica Began, Penguinton became a major trading center and thrived. It remained as a Loyalist city, and later became under Freezelandian Control. Many where happy about this because of their culture similarities, but later joined the Viking Empire because of it's heritage. In 2011, to support it's Economy Lisboagal Purchased the Castillan Vikingland(because when it turned out that King Charles Olave was actually King Carlos Goberna of Castilla, the Viking Empire was annexed). Today, it still preserves it's Colonial Lifestyle, and does not look like a Lisboaguese City. There were plans to rebuild it in Lisboaguese architecture, but because of all the Tourists that came they decided not to, and it would also save money.

Location[edit]

Penguinton is located on the eastern side of the Viking Empire where the two freeways intersect. It is still surrounded by lots of forest like it was in the past, and makes a great travel spot.
