edit   Welcome to the Snowinian portal! The United Provinces, formerly known as Snowiny, was a constitutional monarchy but now a federal republic. It is located just northwest of the Antarctic Peninsula. It's capital is Winsburg and the country has over 7,000,000 citizens, but around 15,000,000 including it's territories and colonies. The country consists of many different states. It shares it's territory of Cheeseland with the Shoppers, who they have strong relations with. They are in an alliance or union called the Western Union / Circular Powers, which includes Snowiny, Margate, Amataria, Terra Federation, Chinstrap and Caseusopolis, which provides all the members free trade and protection from foreign invasion. Rusca and Seal Islands are also proud supporters of the Western Union. edit   Featured Article The Antarctic War on Terror was, and is, Antarctica's bloodiest and most destructive war in history. It began September 2014 with the Newdeal Civil War in Nexon, started by the nationalist movement that had the desire to restore Nexon's independence. Both the NNM and Little Penland capitulated on 11 May 2015.
