King Rattington Pop III, more commonly known as Rat Pop, is the distant cousin of Hat Pop, and king of Prankinstomp.

Background[edit]
Rat Pop was born in Prankinstomp, in 2003, to King Rattington Pop II and Queen Cat Pop. Unfortunately, the king and queen taken by the army of the rival kingdom, leaving the 4 year old chick to lead Prankinstomp. Since he was 4 years old, he was not a very good leader. He refused to make trade routes unless it involved candy or prank materials, created a TV station with addictive shows, and much more. Soon, he was almost sued for being a bad leader. He continued to do such things until meeting his distant cousin, Hat Pop.
Involvement[edit]
Rat Pop now takes out his pranking on Hat Pop, and leads Prankinstomp much better. Unfortunately, Rat Pop's pranks to Hat Pop are much more complex, due to the fact that he mainly pranks Hat Pop to blow off some steam from the stresses of being a king.
Trivia[edit]
- The way he is related to Hat Pop is that his parents were the uncle and aunt of the cousin of Hat Pop.
- He has almost every Pufflemon game, and actually learned strategy for his army by playing the games so often.
- He, like Hat Pop, wears rabbit ears that he NEVER takes off.
