Rory is a busy construction worker the head architect of Club Penguin's government work force, and has designed many of the buildings and structures on the island. He is known for his signature hard hat, safety glasses and safety vest.

Background[edit]
Rory was hatched in 1979 in what is now Club Penguin. From a very young age, he had an obsession with building small buildings with building blocks. When he was nine, he stopped playing with building blocks and fixed the applications in his family home. Rory eventually went to Penguin University and graduated with a degree in architecture. On the job market, he became a construction worker alongside his field of architecture.
He is popular among Club Penguin's citizens; Rory has helped build many of the structures currently standing on the island, including the Town, Plaza and Stadium.

Personality[edit]
Rory is a very outgoing penguin who is willing to take time out of his day to help anyone in need. However, he is also very busy and as such has little time for socializing and making friends. When he isn't working, Rory is either resting or having fun on the island.

- He helped rebuild the Migrator after it was damaged in 2008.
