Rougetown/Kimberly County Regional Airport is a regional airport situated 7 miles southeast of Rougetown in Northeast Eastshield. The airport serves three airlines, Antarctic Airlink, SkyJet Flyer and CP AirwaysThe airport mainly serves the general aviation community, and also has one small terminal, with no gates.

Rougetown/Kimberly County Regional Airport has a small terminal, which has 3 holding lounges, and also features snack stalls and convenience stores within the airport's facilities. The terminal has no jetways, but has doors that lead to the tarmac. There are three doors, which are refered to as "permanent gates", in which passengers may board via airstairs within an aircraft or using a movable ramp.The airport also has two runways, and also has three aircraft hangars, which are reserved for Rougetown Flying Club and the Antarctic Air Force. Approximately 19 aircraft are based at the airport.
